Nice .. gimmick hotel ?? bit like Vegas ! Indoor gondola ride ? GreT for shopping malls and nice hotel for Vegas strip . Not my first choice but then neither is Vegas for a holiday . To tourist for me but clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t recommend or disapprove it’s all down to individual taste .

Beautiful, busy hotel. Don't even have to leave resort.

The Venetian is huge! For anyone who doesn't wish to leave their resort it's perfect. You could stay here for a month and still not hit every restaurant, bar and lounge. Rooms are all suites and very spacious. Ironing board, iron provided but no hair dryers. No coffee makers or microwaves either so plan on treking to the food court for your morning coffee, etc. There is also a Starbucks between Venetian and Pilazzo towers. Resort fee is typical for Las Vegas and the 150.00 daily incidental charge is a little overboard, just be aware of this. Use a credit card at check in if you don't want it coming out of a checking/debit card. The restaurant choices are fantastic. There is a small food court right off of the casino floor on the way to elevators for the suite towers. I was able to stop and get a Caesar salad on my way up to the room my first night, it was late and I was tired and hungry. This worked perfectly. The Grand Canal area has restaurants from food court to 5 star. There are always cabs outfront waiting for customers. No need to call ahead unless you want a limo or uber. My only complaint was the fact that the mini fridge was useless to me. It's full of the hotels overpriced soft drinks and alcohol. The little tray on top of the credenza also has snacks and water which are overpriced. These are magnetic, if you pick it up to look at it you must replace it quickly to avoid a charge. $5.00 for a bottle of water!!

Love how large the rooms are. The first time I checked in, they were able to comp upgrade me to a view room. The 2nd time I went, I asked for an upgrade and was denied. I didn't mind though -i LOVE the view and privacy being on the backside of the hotel provided, not to mention not having to stare at that gold monstrosity across the street. Save yourself a few bucks and also enjoy a more peaceful experience. Their suites are mega sweet!

We stayed here Sept 1-7th 2019 for our anniversary. It is a fantastic property, amazing amenities, amazing pools. Spotless, beautiful rooms. I have no negative comments on this property other than smoking in the Casino. Only 15 % of Americans smoke so I really don't know why all the casinos allow it . I would stay there again, the location was fantastic.

They have gondolas inside and out costing $116 for ten to eleven minutes! If you don’t want to stomp up that you can always wander through the shopping streets with there painted sky and pop into “St Marks Square” for a drink or something to eat. Whilst we were there we were treated to some music show on the hour at midday. Worth visiting.
