They need to do better on food taste and quality. People paying for all exclusive want to have a great experience not with just the staff but also with the food. It felt like the resort cut corners to save a few bucks. Most of the food was horrible. The drinks tasted like they were water down. The orange juice was like drinking water. The restaurants had no flavor. They need a better chef period. I had a wiater in the buffet, name Eric he was very tentative and a hard worker. Please promote people like him.

Not only is the resort so clean and beautiful, but the staff is above and beyond. Socorro at the members bar took such good care of us, as did Martin at breakfast. We have made many visits to Royal Solaris because we are so impressed. Food is delicious.

The food was really good, a la carte every night. Service was excellent. The best drinks on the property was at the poolside bar see Raúl , Sergio, supported by Cap Angel "the boss" great guy. And for pre diner beverages just a great see Romirez and Elisa at the lobby bar they ate amazing. So sweet. The property was very clean the beach is perfect for Ling walks, the waves are insane.

This was our 4th time at the Royal Solaris Cabo. We have a classic membership. What I wanted to do was give a shout out to: Edmundo (Lalo) our VIP Concierge who wanted us to upgrade our membership and was very professional in his approach.Armando (another concierge) who always remembers our names. Marcela our housekeeper who made us towel animals. The restaurant staff is also very good. The only reason for the 4 rating is that guests save chairs around the pool very early (even when the sign says 8am). The guests sometimes do not even use their chairs for several hours. We have stayed at resorts were saving chairs or leaving them empty for more than 30 minutes was not allowed.

Elisa Lily Juneth ?? the best waitress/ bartender ever in Los Cabos. SHE DESERVES A RAISE ??Dont lose hope on your dreams and keep making people happy. You showed me how to order drinks in ways i didn't know how. Will come back next year to drink again if she still works Love Echo & Amber
