    Above and Beyond! Made us feel ultra safe...Perfection Plus!

    As always they all made it a magnificent experience to celebrate my wife’s birthday. THANK GOD THEY WERE OPEN. We felt super safe, installations were perfectly clean and disinfected all around, hand sanitizers were stationed throughout the resort by the elevators, restaurants, restrooms, coffee place, literally everywhere and it had a glorious smell. Upon arrival, they explain to you all the protocols to the New Normal, how they are cleaning your room, you may call them to let them know you are leaving the room so that they may sanitize it on a daily basis. Every person of the staff wears a mask, including the gardeners, maintenance and housekeeping just to make us feel more comfortable and safe. I mean, it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. We felt extremely safe and comfortable with the new health safety protocols observed throughout our entire trip including the airports, security lines, flights, airport transfers, and finally, at the resort have all been an extremely amazing even better experience than before the pandemic. Huge applause ???? to Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort team for the most wonderful job and for keeping us safe, healthy, and spoiled!!! Love them all. We stayed there for 11 days and we were not ready to return home, we've been back home for over a week now and miss them already that we are planning a return trip for later in the year, hopefully, to bring in the New Year 2021 alongside them. The food is incredible all throughout with room service, exquisite themed restaurants, bars, and the pool as well. W have been visiting this resort at least once a year since they opened up a few years ago, it has always been an incredible experience filled with nothing but great and beautiful memories. Actually, this time around they made us feel just as comfortable as before. Everything is so impeccable and organized from the gardens to their spa-like rooms and installations They are always so eager to care for your needs and wants. if it all possible, they will make it happen!! We have experienced this time after time. They are all super kind and sweet!!!! Love them all with our heart Kudos to the entire staff for always going above and beyond and a special thank you to, Brenda, Seaside Grill-thank you for making sure we are always taken for throughout our stay. You always make it a very special vacation stay for us!! Leonel, Market Cafe- Always so attentive to detail and remembering our favorites Vladimir, Portofino - You made us feel like royalty at our special dinner. Julian, bar/pool concierge- Always making sure we were comfortable by the pool Moises, Juventino, Raul, room service- You are all numero uno!! Stefani, Salomon, bar/pool- Thank you for keeping us fully hydrated and for going above and beyond in your service. Coco café- the girls were wonderful and made the best drinks and pastries Oceana - Francisco, and staff created for us an unforgettable Sunset birthday dinner for us. Himitsu- Carlitos(Charlie), a master Teppanyaki Chef with your always contagious enthusiasm, very passionate about his profession. The food was always delicious. The entertainment staff- David, Lucas Roberto, and Memo thank you for always making it a fun stay and for organizing the always fun and competing daily volleyball games by the pool and court. Dagoberto- Always making sure we were taken care of. Karen and Estefanie, hostesses Market Cafe and Oceana- You made us feel so welcomed and your beautiful smile reflected in your eyes (due to the mask) Maribel, Market Cafe- always checking upon us and remembering my wife's favorite tea in the morning. Cesar, Preferred Club Pool- Thank you for making us feel like celebrities with your fun personality and kindness. Kudos as well to their Resident Manager Lionel Piombino, whose kind soul and warm spirit is contagious and reflected on the entire staff at SPLC. Once again, Thank you for being open and making us feel at home SEE YOU ALL SOON !!!!

    Best staff ever

    Just got back from our 8 day vacation. We had the best time. The staff was amazing. From severs to bartenders to the entertainment team. Leonel at Market cafe so attentive. The omelet station and chilaquiles station amazing. Pool staff was the bomb Martin and Juan the best. The main pool concierge towel guy was on top of it. We had a cabana almost everyday. Bartenders at Rendezvous Benui, Marcos and Saneha made the beat cocktails. Lastly the entertainment staff was great from volley ball to ping bong to putt putt golf to rifle shooting and casino night. These guys have the energy and they make everything fun... Tabitha, Memo, Juan, Alberto and Lukas. The DJ's kept it lively Hugo. Dany, Diego and Gera thanks for the jams?? You will not be disappointed if you stay at this resort ??????????????

    Got away for a few days and went to Portofina three nights and had Salvatore and Vladimir take care of us. Highly recommend. Great food. Great service. They went out of their way every night to make it special.

    Fantastic Stay. I taught yoga here for a week and had an incredible time. The staff is serious about your safety during Covid and I never worried about anyone who worked there. The grounds are immaculate. Our room was very nice and always clean (tip the maids, they work HARD!). Leonel and Maribel in the market cafe made every day bright and cheery. El Patio was probably our favorite restaurant, with the Seaside Grill and the Italian spot a close second. The entertainment team is amazing and makes the stay so enjoyable. David leads a fantastic team - Lucas, Memo and Tabitha had us LOL'ing all day long on top of leading some fun activities to balance all the laying by the pool. Stefani and Chocky at the pool are amazing, as well as so many others not mentioned here. The staff truly up-levels this experience. Be sure to tip them for the incredible service. Go to Secrets. Relax. Enjoy your life!

    Time Share Scam - Poor Service

    The whole purpose of RCI/Silverlake/KKR buying these resorts is to sell another timeshare-light scam. The get to the sales pitch by promising discounts on activities in CABO - how do they deliver the discounts - they tell you the price is higher than it actually is. I totally fell for it when booking a fishing trip. The captain literally went the opposite direction of the main fishing waters and wouldn't turn around. He didn't seem to care if we caught any game fish as long as he didn't loose any bait or an extra ounce of diesel. Our best activity we booked outside the resort (and saved $100 by doing so). The entire purpose of the whole concierge staff is to push the sales pitch. They won't help make restaurant reservations (even at the resort). The food is ok, nothing great. The drinks are ok, nothing great. Service - my wife and at one point waited 30 minutes to get cold rice at the Asian restaurant (which has hibachi but not fried rice???). At another restaurant we waiting 25 minutes to GIVE our drink order. We went during Covid which has restricted the resort to 30% occupancy. I can only imagine how difficult it would have been to get a table at a restaurant or a drink at the pool if they were at 60%. Even the locals seemed to know that this place was dishonest (several said as much). The room was good. FYI - This isn't very close to the main town of San Lucas (40 min drive). If you take an Uber your will save 30% off what the resort will sell you for a cab.
