This was an amazing trip. All the employees were very attentive since the moment we walked through the entrance. We got the all inclusive package and our favorite part was the food. It was delicious!!! We spoke to our waiters who let us know the chef’s name is Marco. Well Marco thank you so much for keeping our belly so happy and full! We look forward to our next stay here!

Fantastic stay. We had a junior suite with the Marina view. The suite has everything you would need and a small kitchenette. There is also a safe in the room. All the staff has great customer service. The free breakfast was an added plus. Will stay here again

Neither of us ever had a massage before so we were understandably nervous. We both felt very comfortable and relaxed with the workers and the integrity of the establishment. Both of the ladies ( Marisol and Yorida) did a great job! Highly recommend both the buisness and the ladies!

Spa was very clean and Blanca was wonderful. Beautiful pedicure with attention to detail. Highly recommend and will go back for more spa services. Everyone at Tesoro is extremely nice and helpful. Exceeds expectations! Thank you, Blanca!

I'm here now! I had to hop on TripAdvisor and provide this review. If you're going back and forth about where to stay, stop! This is it. This is rated a 4-star hotel by travelers, and a 3-star hotel by TripAdvisor. I'm giving it 5 stars for service - that's what we are all looking for, isn't it! Carlos Hernandez, at the front desk, is the reason for the high rating. Tesoro management, promote Carlos and please recognize that he and his manager provided a level of customer service that you don't always get at other 4 or 5 star hotels. Here is what happened, in short: I had 2 room issues the past 2 days. The first issue I ignored and didn't address until the second issue arose. At that time, I went to the front desk where Carlos and his manager went above and beyond to make me happy. They did so immediately and without question. Thank you for caring about your customers - this sentiment was well understood by me and I appreciate it. As it happens, I am in Cabo visiting hotels for a large upcoming function, and your hotel is now at the top of the list where it will remain. The Tesoro Hotel is centrally located, walkable to almost all areas, and the hotel is very clean and efficient in services. The staff are very polite, the food is delicious, and security is on point. The pool deck overlooking the marina is beautiful, the hottubs are warm, and the pool is great. There are no worries here other than forgetting to put on sunscreen. This hotel is suitable for families and couples alike. Don't hesitate to book here! Again - well done, Carlos! Thanks for making this a lovely stay.
