How do we begin to describe one of the Best,if not THE BEST, vacation ever ! The Sandals Royal Plantation is an older,well established getaway for adults only. We met couples who have been back six or seven times ! Everyone was so friendly and helpful above and beyond their calling. A particular mention to our butlers, Anthony and Robert, who pampered us in every way and Nareisha who tended to our room, keeping it just like the first day we arrived ! So many people, the beach butlers(Trevardo and Romaine etal…) and every server in every restaurant, Garnet in the Wobbly Peacock. Thanks to fantastic entertainment provided by Nataki and Brandon on the Terrace and in the pub and Jevhoune and Fabian on the glass-bottom boat for an interesting history of Ocho Rios ! Food was first class, lobster tail and filet mignon at Papillon, Jamaican cuisine on the Terrace and pizza delivered to us on the beach by our butlers and breakfast in our room overlooking the Ocean ! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK ! Cheers

A wonderfully relaxing week. The friendliness of the staff really makes a big difference. We were very well looked after by our butlers, Marvin and Bebeato. The hotel is not perhaps the most modern, but everything worked and the beds were comfy. The food in all the restaurants is delicious.

It would have been wonderful but the food was soooooo bad. Overcooked rice, air fried chicken without seasoning, shrimp and vegetables rundown,also without seasoning. Totally overpriced for bad food. One of the butlers tried to convince me she had gone off the resort to get me food. Lies!

As you may remember, we were not very happy with the way our previous vacation ended. We eventually learned that there was an oversight involving emails. Your team, especially Marvin Boyd, went above and beyond to rectify the situation and succeeded in keeping us loyal returning customers. Mr. Boyd’s professionalism, patience, and dedication were truly commendable. He went above and beyond to address our concerns and ensure that our needs were met promptly and efficiently. His positive attitude and willingness to assist made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. As always, your entire team at the Royal Plantation provided us with an exceptional vacation. It is like no other place we have experienced. It is rare to encounter such exemplary customer service, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge and appreciate both Marvin and your entire team’s outstanding efforts. We just returned from this charming resort after a 10 day stay. Not only was it a vacation, but we also got married on the pier/gazebo during this time. From beginning to end, #Kelly-Anne (wedding coordinator) helped to make our special day ring true. It was even more than I expected. Our Butlers #Safiya & #Orayn were super attentive and fun. Although we didn't call on them much, but when we did, they were super helpful. Great idea to supply a cell phone to reach them. However, I missed calls because I totally did not expect them to check in on us. Sorry about that! Our friends' butlers were also a lot of fun #Tamara and #Carlos. The Terrace for breakfast was something to look forward to every morning. You have the option to order a la carte from the menu or you can select what you're craving from the buffet. But the best part about breakfast was #Vanya! She was so much fun! she was efficient too, but oh so personable. Lunch at the West Beach restaurant was great too. Our server #Ornella was excellent and friendly even though she was super busy. Unfortunately, I can't remember everyone's names, but all of the Bar staff and Servers were superb! As well as the entertainment staff, what voices! Including #Jessica doing her Tina Turner. The resort itself has a lot of rich history and most of the decor is a representation of that. Our room was great, loved the walk-in closet idea. However, the washroom was a little tired. Not a deal breaker since that was not a place that we spent much time. The food and drink were all top shelf! Excellent variety of high-end sprits. The food was plenty delicious. There were a lot of unique dishes, and we didn't get tired of any of it. (sometimes that can occur at some resorts) But not here! The grounds were meticulous and well maintained. We have wonderful memories of our vacation/honeymoon at Sandals Royal Plantation.
