Trip to Disneyland with friends. One local, one from NV and me from Canada. Chose the family suite so we could each have our own bed. This worked well. Beds were very comfortable and clean. TV in each room, one bathroom with sink space and separate space for toilet and shower/bath. Have to go through bedroom to get to bath area. The suite had two fridges, but we thought from the online description and photos there was a kitcenette. Nope, only two fridges and a microwave. No cups for the coffee maker or any kind of dishes/utensils. In general it was ok. Room needs an update. Very dark and dated, but housekeeping did keep it clean. Convenient location made the bad more bearable. We found the water temperature very inconsistent when showering, ran very cold most mornings. On the last night we came back from the park to find the bathroom sink had not drained from the morning and there were tiny black worms swimming in the sink and crawling out of the water. Informed the front desk who sent an engineer to deal with it. He did not seem surprised. Which is a bit alarming. We were refunded 2 nights parking as a result. Overall as we were out of the room all day it was sufficient, but if I were travelling with children or trying to save some money by not eating out every meal, I would have been disappointed by the room amenities.

Old hotel, but very close to Disneyland. Great for walking with young children Hotel needs a facelift, but it wasn't too bad. Could use a continental breakfast . Carpet needs to be upgraded.Beds are comfortable.

I should have read the other reviews. We booked a renovated room as shown on the website and then when we showed up we received an old outdated room. The management would not help at all. They would not move our room our compensate us for the misleading information. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The hotel was close to the entrance, but just as close as the Best Western plus Anaheim Inn we stayed at in January of 2018. We chose this hotel for the family suite, and we shouldn’t have. We saw that it was being remodeled by September 2019. There were pics of remodeled family suites, so by visiting mid September, we thought there would be a good chance of a newer room. However we got an old, outdated room. Everything was old. When we asked if we could move to a newer room, they said we requested an old room. This is where it went downhill. No one could help us. They said we wanted an old room. Who would request an old room? And we booked on the Camelot direct site, which doesn’t let you select new or old room. family suite was the only “selection” we made. They said they would have someone call us to address it and we finally heard back from the hotel over a week later, and now we are already home. They never explained how that note got on our reservation and said they couldn’t compensate us at all for any inconvenience or misleading advertising (because only 1 of the family suites were remodeled). We will not stay here again, but rather the BesT Western. The family room was appealing, but not worth it. Plus the best western has free breakfast. This hotel didn’t.

    Sneaky hotel, hides the truth.

Apparently the Camelot saves their renovated rooms only if you purchase on their site.... but they DO NOT disclose this, nor do the other sites. Booked through Expedia MONTHS ago, only to find that we get one of the dated unrenovated rooms just because we booked on expedia. No rooms available to even move to. The girl on the phone was rude and unhelpful. Camelot... that is just poor business practices. We will not book again.
