Very good location, walking distance to Disney California Adventure. They were friendly, and also you get 1 water bottle per person each day. The free breakfast buffet was satisfactory. You can hear people walk by in the hall if they are chatting, the street noise was surprising minimal or at least tolerable. Also, because I intended to go by myself I initially booked for one person. Then my sister ended up wanting to go so I called Expedia and they wanted extra $100 or so, then I ended up calling the hotel directly and they said it was no problem and no extra charge. I was worried about it and my sister was worried she was going to be homeless while we were there, but when I checked in and let them know I had an extra person with me, they confirmed it would be fine and no extra charge.

Impressive hotel lobby, however the service wasn't as one would expect. Breakfast restaurant was fabulous. Evening restaurant/bar very poor indeed ... both in food and especially service. Perfect location for Disneyland, other than that a little far from other locations of interest.

I attempted to change my reservation, and was told that I could not, even though it would have been for a less busy time, and I plan on coming back to the area multiple times for multiple years (including two more times in the next month). I will never go back to this Hyatt house for any of these future visits again, because of the short-sighted greed of the management staff.

Our family of 5; my wife & I, one adult child, two teenagers, stayed here. We had the suite. It was enough space for us. The gym was sufficient. The complimentary breakfast was better than expected. The distance to Disneyland is only a 10min walk. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Disneyland.

I come here quite often with my husband for a staycation. The proximity to Disneyland, breakfast included with the stay, and close by restaurants make it an easy choice. The property and rooms are clean and staff is great! Zachary at the front desk and Myrna who assists with ensuring your breakfast tables and plates are cleared with a smile are standouts at this hotel.
