An extremely happy stay! My husband, myself, and all three of our girls really enjoyed the accommodations that this SpringHill suite has to offer. Beautifully clean and staged rooms, with a great breakfast that we all enjoyed. But what really took our stay to the next level was Randy assisting us at the front desk. Nothing I needed was very urgent or high priority, but Randy treated us with such high priority and kindness. As a customer I have felt extremely valued and it's really made a lastly impact. A sincere Thank you.
A not so great stay

Well for someone that has to eat healthy, your food was tasteless, hi carb and surgery. Hard to communicate with maids. Should have hot tub for weary bones! In the plus side, front desk personnel were accommodating.it would be great to have a safe in the room.
Quick Disneyland Stay

We stayed at the Springhill for our Disneyland trip. It wasn't a long stay but we wanted something that was relatively close to the parks. And while this resort is close to Disneyland it is kind of far away at the same time. You back up the parking structure but you have to go around the block to get to the structure and it is a 20-25 minute walk depending on your speed, then you can take the tram to Downtown Disney or else you have to walk all the way through Downtown Disney before getting to the parks. It is a lot of walking and not as convenient as some other hotels which are on the parks side of Disneyland. Overall though the stay was enjoyable. It was clean, offered a pretty good breakfast every morning, had a hot tub that we used every day. And I saw others mention about how the water pressure is high in the showers... it is! But we loved it! Best shower we have taken. Getting the temperature to work is a bit tricky it felt like it was super hot or it was cold, but we eventually figured it out (don't put the setting on heat even if it is cold!). For the price it was a great stay. Also Bonus you can see the fireworks really clearly when they go off.
Good hotel but not close to restaurants

Stayed in the hotel for 4 nights while visiting Disneyland. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is not situated that close to food outlets with a good 20 minute walk to anywhere to get food. The hotel offers a reasonable breakfast each morning but finishes at 9.30am on a weekdays which was too early for us on a couple of mornings after long days At Disneyland
We will be back

If you are going to Disneyland stay here. It is a short walk to the transportation center and it takes you right to the front door. The clean was clean and good sized. The breakfast was the usual but it did have a nice selection. The staff was friendly. But remember it is close to Disney so you will see lots of kids every day. I did drive to Hollywood for 1 day it was not a bad ride but I stayed off of the highway. They do charge to park everyday but I got there at 930 am and they let me park before check-in and I went to the park. I actually walked back in the afternoon and took and break before going back to watch the fireworks.
