Beautiful property and well taken care of grounds. Right across from Disneyland which was awesome! The hotel has a retro/vintage vibe and is super cool. The sitting area outside of the pool is really beautiful. We usually stay at other local hotels but will absolutely return here.
Park here, have a drink, head to Disney!

We visit Disneyland on a monthly basis. Even though we have park passes with parking, we’d rather pay and park here. The walking distance is less of a hassle than having to park at Disney and ride the tram and load and unload our stroller and bags. Bonus points because we get to see Leo everytime! He is the best! Even when the lot is full, he always seems to squeeze us in. Leo knows the true definition of customer service, and he is the reason we keep coming back here. We think of him as family. After our park visit, we usually walk back and relax at the lobby before heading home and my husband has a drink afterwards at the bar. It makes us feel like we’re on vacation and a nice tradition we started :) definitely better than waiting for the tram at the end of the day with the large crowds.

Leo, the valet manager is AMAZING! Upon arrival, Leo takes care of you. Vacations start at check in and he makes sure to set the tone. Thank you! We only come to this hotel for our Disney trips. He makes sure our family feels welcomed and tells us about everything around the area. We send all our friends and family to this hotel.

We have stayed at various hotels around the Disneyland Resort area including The Anaheim Hotel. We recently checked in for our second stay at this hotel. I had an issue a day before our arrival with our reservation and a lower rate on their site. I talked to 3 different people telling me that there was nothing they could do because we were arriving at the hotel the next day so the rate that I booked months age was locked in. Finally, I tried one more time and asked to speak to the front desk. Luckily, I got to speak to the hotel Angel that God had sent down to Earth, Candi Crowe, who is the Assistant Front Office Manager. I told Ms, Crowe my dilemma and all she said was…”No problem. I can take care of that for you. When we checked in, I asked to speak with Ms. Crowe, so I could thank her in person. Ms, Crowe then waive our parking fees and then she check the current hotel rates again to see if we could save any more money, which we did. Amazing! I have stayed at a lot hotels and Ms. Crowe is the best person I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with! Oh yeah, the hotel is great, too. The staff is great and sincere in helping you with whatever you need. And The Anaheim Hotel is one of the few hotels that offer rooms with two king-size beds.

Leo was so helpful! Great customer service and so kind ! Every time I come in to the hotel and see him I know I’ll have a great experience! Always answers all my questions and concerns. You need to hire more people like him. I also loved tjat the hotel is always so clean and neat .
