Took our family of 7 to Disney, (Mom, Dad, 2 Grandmothers, 1 Grandfather, 8/4 year old girls). The customer services was outstanding, the cafeteria hall was great but we ran into a few things that were not that accommodating. #1 we requested to be close to transportation due to having young kids and elderly parents with us and were were given building 8 which is the longest walk to the back of the resort and not near the transportation (you can make the argument that it was close to skyliner but we only used that 2 out of 8 days). #2 we were excited to use the pool but the winter hours had the pool closing at 8pm so after a long day at the parks the pool was closed which we thought was a little crazy, Pool could easily of been open until 10pm which is the norm at many hotel chains. #3 We were on hold forever for room service and wanted to order pizza, had to walk down to order and carry back when again we were at the back end of the resort. #4 the Beds squeeked and were not comfortable. We did enjoy opting out of house keeping for a $60 gift card and we even requested extra towels and soaps which were brought to us within minutes. Overally I gave it a 4/5 due to the location were were put and the bed being terrible and pool not open longer.

We dropped our luggage for room delivery at 9 am and we returned from the parks at midnight we had to go downstairs 3 time to request it. It finally arrived at 1:30 am when we were passed out. The same suffering to get a blanket. They didn’t even answer the phone. Personnel at the front desk was not nice. Loved the girls from the food court ab souvenir shop

Great suite. Spotless clean. It's a really, really cute resort. Take the time to explore. Nemo suites are closest to the pool and main building. Awesome location. 2 bathrooms are a huge bonus. Closed bedroom great for a family.

The Little Mermaid Rooms were adorable and well themed. The pools were nice and clean and the food court was amazing with a great variety. Bus services to the parks were fast and the details throughout the resort was amazing I felt like I was in all of my favorite Disney movies.

My wife the kids and i just got back on Saturday from our stay at the AOA resort this was my 3rd time staying here and i was expecting this vacation to be like previous ones. Let me start of by saying that i love this resort because the theming all threw out is the best. My daughter and son love it as much as we do too. We have stayed in the Cars Suites the first year and last year we had a Little Mermaid Room. This Year we also had a Mermaid Room and you cant start to see how run down they are getting. Wall paint peeling of in some spots of the buildings. The in room furniture are beaten down. On the second night of us being there i notice some mold on the walls. My wife and i were furious. I went to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager i was told to wait in line until it was my turn. Fustrated even more that i had to wait in line with people who are checking in instead of being taken serious and someone one should have gotten me a manager asap. I explained to the manager what had happened. He refunded me for the night i paid and that was it. We switch room to a room upstairs my wife and i with the kids had to move everything upstairs after we were all settled in. Meanwhile we could not lock the door in our old room because we was told we would be locked out. I was planning on going back next year but maybe we should skip and try universal studios. Honestly i feel like Disney World Could have done better to Make Our Stay Magical. I did see them doing renovations in the lion king rooms and i also heard that cars suites and Nemo were already Renovated.
