Stayed with my husband for 2 weeks. Great apartment. We stayed in a 2 bedroom on the second floor. Very spacious but just slightly dated. Still very comfortable though. Could do with more linen though as I had to change the sheets and wash, dry and put back on the same day as there was not enough spares. The staff in the bar and restaurant are great, very friendly and make you feel so welcome. Brilliant grounds that you can walk around and we even saw an alligator in the lake. Plenty of pools. We went in September which was classed as the quieter month which I can say we preferred rather than being too busy. Would definitely go back.

This resort is ideally located for Disney World, a bit further away for Universal Studios, but it's easy to get there. The staff are really friendly and if you want to stay in resort, with a great restaurant, a poolside bar, a lovely beach area, nice pools and hot tubs, or cuddle up after a hectic day round the theme parks, in front of the TV with one of the many free movie channels or sign into your own premium account. Will definitely return on our next visit to Florida.

Thank you Lisa for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment on Lucaya Loop. Communications with you were great from the off and you provided a wonderful information pack before we left for the USA. The apartment we had had everything we needed for a fantastic holiday. Although our party was only 3 adults, we found the 3 bedroomed apartment very spacious. No noise whatsoever from any of the neighbouring apartments. Cable Tv and Wi-Fi were excellent. Good signal throughout the resort. Close to Hwy 27 and 192, there is an abundance of shops and restaurants to choose from. Check in was a simple process and the reception staff were most helpful. Mambos Bar was never open but Tradewinds was always open. The Upper pool behind reception and the Lower pool at Tradewinds were both excellent areas to relax in. Fantastic settings and a well kept resort indeed. The nature walks around the lakes are wonderful. We loved it all and would return in a heartbeat. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you again Lisa.

After not knowing if our flight was going ahead due to hurricane Dorian , we did arrive on time. The resort staff were pleasant and we were allocated unit 607 a two bedroom apartment. It was very clean and spacious a little bit dated but very comfortable . My only real concern is that you are only provided with very limited linen and towels especially for the swimming pool, but as we had a washer and drier we were able to keep towels dry and clean. Other than that small issue we had a very pleasant stay at Banana Bay Resort. Our 10th visit to Orlando

This property should not be called a resort as there is nothing remotely akin to a bonafide resort. I think that if they changed that misnomer, people’s perceptions would also change. They put me along with three children a four year old and a child with Down’s syndrome in an unit that chipping paint, moldy carpets and non working television. The manager Arlene was patronizing and tried to charge me a fee because my niece had an accident, which we cleaned up. But one of the extraordinary things about this resort is that it is “self service”, now who wants to do this on vacation? I suppose she was angry because I was very dissatisfied with the property and her response to my concerns.
