    Older hotel. Pictures of hotel look a lot better than reality. Need some renovations now rooms. Very outdated. Ok for a one night layover. Not happy the housekeeping lady came by at 9am to remind me that checkout was 11am.

    The room was clean. Needs renovations, the lighting wasn’t good. Beds were too hard, pillows need to be replaced. Not bad for the price. Staff pleasant and professional. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity.

    First of all, whatever you are paying per night, they will add a $10 a night "resort fee", so calculate that in when you are shopping around. My family stayed in room 511 for one night. I personally killed three roaches (made me wonder how many more were crawling on our things while we slept). There was a musty moldy smell in the room and mysterious black spots on the ceiling (was it mold?). There were unsightly gouges in the tile floor. The bathtub liner walls had yellowish green stains, and you could tell they had already been previously painted over before because the paint was peeling. When we brought these issues up to the reception desk they promised us a "one night refund" at checkout. But when we checked out the next morning they back-tracked and refused to give us any compensation. When we informed the manager on hand that we would include the issues in our review she replied, "Go ahead then." We were very disappointed in the condition of the room but were appalled at the way we were treated by the senior staff. Seralago ruined our trip! We frequently travel to Orlando to take our kids to the theme parks, but will never stay in Seralago again.

    Stay away says it all. the only good thing i can say is the frontdesk clerk was so helpful on trying to make the stay possible but that did not happen we checked out after one night. However,the lady was so sorry and did everything she could.

    i visited the hotel from the 29th of october to november 3rd.we arrived and the room was very old and it showed that needs to be renewed. there were bugs in the room, the internet doesnt even reach and on my second day after visiting the parks, we came and our door was open! management didn't help us at all and couldn't even provide certainty of how to fix this. very bad customer service and they wont even be responsible for this security breach. the price was very good but this was an example of paying a bit more for a better hotel. beware and spare yourself from a terrible experience.
