Sheraton Vistana Resort

This resort hit all the high notes and no low notes. Very clean, well-managed, activities available, smiling helpful associates, great location. The only thing less than excellent was that the mattresses were too soft. We had a very good week that ended all too soon.

This resort has it all; mini golf, pools, bars and great units. Love the screened in porches. It's close to parks and tons of restaurants. There are 2 restaurants on property and a market. Also walking distance to off property restaurants and a Walgreens.

We are currently staying at this resort having checked in on Monday. Today it is Friday and after 6 visits by the resorts Engineering team we still have nothing but lukewarm water even after running the water for over 5 minutes. The front desk's only response to our frustration is to send another Engineer. I would have expect better service than this from Sheraton/Marriott especially since we are Titanium Elite Marriott Rewards members.

Many spacious condos are packed into this Orlando resort. The beds are so comfortable and I had 3 TVs in my 2 bedroom ground floor condo. I visited five of their pools that were all clean and beautiful with lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Most hot tubs were closed due to Covid but that did not matter to me. Water aerobics was great. I noticed security people occasionally and felt very safe. February weather was beautiful - no rain and lots of sun each day.

Stayed at the resort for the convenient location to Disney World and other attractions in Orlando. We also visited attractions at Icon Park. Resort is very large and very well maintained. There are seven pools of which we only saw two and these were a nice size. Tennis courts, basket ball, volley ball and shuffle board also available plus other amenities none of which we used except for pools as busy most days elsewhere. Unit appeared to have been recently redone as everything looking brand new. Nice size 2 bedroom. Friends had a one bedroom which was much smaller and not laid out as well. Would definitely return here. Very large resort with different sections. We were in the Lakes section. All employees very nice and trying to be as helpful as possible.
