We had a lovely stay at this resort for 2 weeks, check in was a bit of a pain after a long flight from the UK. The girl checking us in wasn’t particularly friendly or helpful, we expect a better greeting especially in America where customer service is so good. We booked our apartment for 2 weeks but got locked out after week one as we had to go back to the reception to have our key card reset, they also asked for our credit card again and I said you have it for the first week, the same girl said we needed to give it again but I informed her we couldn’t as it was in the safe and we were locked out. I think the check in system needs to be a bit more user friendly for longer stays. Overall a lovely stay as lots of things are so close, we didn’t book a car as expensive so we just used uber, which was relative cheap, quick and easy. The resort is right on International Drive so it is easy to walk to Publix supermarket, Vineland Outlet and restaurants close by, the I ride trolley is another good way of getting around. Lots of lovely pools on site, very pleasant setting,landscaping is beautiful many different plants and trees giving it a great view and not concrete setting like some holiday resorts. We would definitely come back. Weather was amazing for our holiday sunshine every day, lovely clean pools

They should make this a smoke free resort. We could not sit on our balcony because of inconsiderate smokers smoking on their balconies. A member of our party has asthma and is extremely allergic to cigarette smoke. We also have small children who could not play on the balcony. We called the front desk, but no smoking in condos is not enforced. There are smoking areas but the smokers don’t care where they smoke. Very disappointed with our stay.

Initially had issues with the front desk clerk saying I couldnt check in because the reservation was in my husbands name even though I had the email certificate showing it was in my name. After further discussion and a phone call by my husband they relented. The rest of the stay has been amazing!

Our family absolutely loved our stay! This is our 5th stay and although the front desk experience was very chilly it didn’t put a damper on our trip. I truly think everyone at this resort especially the grounds workers and maid service is outstanding but the reception at front desk unfortunately lacked any kind of welcoming vibes. Our condo was impeccable and had everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. The grounds are spotless and so beautiful with many fountains and greenery and the ponds have lots of fish & turtles too. This is just a wonderful place to enjoy the sunshine and with 4 beautiful pools it’s an amazing location to relax! The food and drinks are great also ?????just would love a fine dining area on site. All in all I can’t wait to go back ??????

We went on a family trip and attended the timeshare presentation. We ended up purchasing the trip, but were told we would have 10 days to cancel. The contract also said we had 10 days to cancel. I emailed, called, faxed and wrote a letter within the 10 days to cancel the contract and asked for confirmation in return. I have not heard back from them since. It has been a horrible experience. The customer service is awful!
