Beautiful resort with lots of amenities. I would have given 5 stars, but the air conditioning did not work in our room. Called the front desk before we went out for the evening to report it. Nothing was done and no contact from the staff as to what was wrong. Upon checkout I mentioned it to the desk and was given a refund of the resort fee. There are several restaurants and we ate at the Back Bay pool bar and it was really good, but expensive. We were going to have breakfast there between checked out, but the only option was Tesoro, which was buffet only for $28 per person. Would we stay there again? Maybe.

Gabriel Balleste from the valet team is phenomenal. He helped me with my Doordash driver who only spoke Spanish even though it wasn't his job. Also, the pools are nice & the room had bunk beds. But there are way too many people & not enough staff. There was always a long wait at the front desk and there were multiple conferences at the same time as well as cheerleaders here for a competition. I really loved the property, they just need faster service/more staff to handle the number of guests. Also, the spa is way overpriced. Its got half the amenities of Caesars Palace but double the price.

Sonia from Tesoro breakfast buffet, is a very friendly person and makes us feel welcome, she recognized me from last year we were here. Also all the services that this hotel offers keeps you entertained without having to leave anywhere, lots of things to do inside. I’m planning to come back next year and recommending to my friends and family visit here.

Had breakfast at Tesoro and Richard was our server. He was amazing and helped up with everything that we needed and most of all was great with our little ones. On top of having a great breakfast we really made our day start off right!

What a wonderful breakfast buffet! Tesoro Cove is a great spot! Stayed at the towers and heard good things so we came over to try it. Sandy was our hostess and was so friendly and sweet! Richard was our server and he rocked! Very attentive and helpful during our visit! Couldn’t be happier!
