If only it were not a (hardcore) Time Share - Boiler Room Style and ALL! Fake Con to the MAX. Rooms vary / great balcony

Jacks0072012 (Cleveland, Ohio) on Apr 08, 2024

Booked this “Hotel” and prepaid it online. We took a chance and wanted to stay somewhere different as we visit every year and normally stay at real Hotel in Celebration. We will not make the same mistake to ever come back here again. Now, it really DOES HAVE potential! It can be Great! …. But it’s not. Mainly because IT IS A TIMESHARE !!!!! Of the worst kind! Be prepared to be roped into the “tour” and waste hours - (with the worst pre packaged breakfast ever) and …go to the Boiler Room setting and when u don’t spend the 70k they will bully , insult and pretty much RUIN YOUR DAY! If they got rid of that awfulness of a con and put time into the property professionally it would be GREAT! Would have been maybe good except for that experience. Room was hard rode but we did love the patio! On site resteraunt had overpriced Bla food and a mainstream Bla Bla beer selection but bartenders were nice multiple nights. It’s all Attitude and this time share has a Bad one ! Stay clear !

I met with the My Points Unlimited Team at my conference and they were able to recommend this resort for me and my coworkers. Great resort and great location for us. The accommodations are fantastic. Pool, food, entertainment, etc I will be staying here for more conferences.

Worst hospitality, dirty, old and outdated, mold growing on furniture, two rooms both smell like mold as well

Chris S on Mar 31, 2024

Worst experience of my life. This place is by far the worst resort we ever stayed at. First room had white mold on everything , a soaking wet carpet and a leaking shower. They changed rooms for us, the second night which was ruined by what seemed the only explanation had to be construction going on at all hours of the night. I then called and complained to be woken up around 2am to security ringing my bell multiple times. Then proceeded to give me an attitude and telling me there was basically no noise and go back to sleep. Easter morning came, i went to talk to a manager which basically treated me like crap while giving me some fake apology. Daniel the manager and the security were by far the most unprofessional people I have ever came across. Zero hospitality, zero care for my problems. They claim to of credited me for one night which I'm still waiting to see if my last two night's rest were any better after but ironically those nights were ruined and i dont think their measly couple dollars will change that. Do yourself a favor and find a different resort to stay at before your vacation is ruined like mine. Happy easter 2024

Cool resort

COTraveller33 (Silver Spring, Maryland) on Mar 28, 2024

Was there in winter for a conference. Resort is nice. Check-in took a bit, as it seemed they understaffed. Rooms were great. Clean and roomie. Bathroom was enormous. A bit dated, but definitely a resort for kids. One caveat - don't plan on catching a shuttle from one of the back buildings to the front lobby area. I was there for a week - and only caught it twice. I never seemed to come by - which wasn't great when it was 70-80s and wearing a suit. Parking: guarded lot Food: Good luck. Waited for 10 minutes to get a beer, and barely got a beer. Prices: $7.50 for a tiny muffin that normally costs $2 - ?! What a joke. $8 for a cold Double shot of Starbucks. Rooms: Clean and large. View of lake was cool too. Would recommend: Possibly Would re-patronize: Maybe
