Close to golf, dining, hiking, sports, and event centers. Came for Major League Baseball spring training and golf. Very nice pools. Pool grille and bar onsite. Fitness center well-maintained and has a variety of equipment and free weights.

Great location with many activities a short distance away I.e. golf courses, spring baseball, pickleball courts, shopping. Clean rooms, HVAC system great. Good kitchen appliances with all the necessary cooking untensils.

Wanted to leave a comment here specifically on Concierge service. I got the expected call to come get my owners packet and when did I want to sit through a timeshare presentation? I explained to Mary that I had recently been in an accident and was there for a 'healing' trip with 2 black eyes and some stitches. I was not interested in seeing people. She was so accommodating and understanding. When I went to pick up the packet the other girl at the desk said she read the notes and wished me well wishes on feeling better. Was not bothered again. WONDERFUL respectful customer service. Would return again in a heartbeat. Beautiful resort in addition!
2 Weeks in Phoenix

Spent 2 weeks at the Sheraton and very pleased with our accomodation. Staff were very responsive to any of our requests and did their best to insure our comfort. We had a one bedroon lockoff so room was abit small but very comfortable. Kitchen had everything except a stove top which was slightly limiting.
Great stay for great value!

We only spent two nights at the Sheraton in Scottsdale, but we enjoyed our limited time there! The property is beautifully landscaped and the pool is wonderful. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed it. There were also a very nice playground for kids that looked great but didn't have a chance to try. The one bedroom small villa we had was also well-appointed and the master king bed was very comfortable. The small patio with a full sized table was also great! My only complaint was that it is nearly impossible to move around the room when the sofa bed is down, but that didn't detract from the experience. The bathroom was also large and included an actual bathtub, which we really appreciated with small children. The check-in staff were friendly and helpful, though they do try to get you to sit through a 90 minute timeshare presentation. They were polite though when I declined. Overall, the resort was really nice and a great way to spend a couple days in Scottsdale!
