Great food & service especially our butler, Carlos Miranda and Jose Becerra. Special shout outs to Maricruz, Faby, Igor, Mario, Alphonso, Alberto, Carmelo, Omar, Belen and Carmelo. The wait staff, ice cream shop, private cabana and staff are also incredible! We can’t wait to come back

The hotel was great. All restaurants were very good. The food is excellent. Edgar and Omar was great around the pool,drinks on tap!!! Cristopher was excellent on entertainment. He was very helpful every day and the games were great!!!

The resort was amazing! We had a great 10 day visit. The staff was awesome and the drinks were good. A special thank you to Christopher and the activities team, we had so much fun at the pool all week. Housekeeping and the restaurants were great as well. Thank you for a great vacation and we will be back.

We visited for 10 days and everything was amazing! Thank you to Christopher and the activities team they were awesome!!! Food and the bars were excellent! Housekeeping was on point!! Highly recommend this resort!! We will be back again!!!

We had an amazing vacation at Secrets Vallarta Bay!! Everything from restaurants to rooms to beach was 10+. Special mention to Clara from hospitality to Cristopher from the entertainment crew and Cesar and Maria from the wait staff at Market Cafe for top notch service!
