This hotel is historic and beautiful. Every detail clearly is important and staff make you feel like a VIP. Food selection and shopping within hotel are fabulous, as well as being in a perfect spot to explore the town. Staff are attentive and friendly and not speaking French well was no problem! We will definitely be back10/10

Great location in the heart of the old city of Quebec. Lots of history. Easy walking in best part of the city. The food at the hotel is amazing and all around the hotel many great restaurants as well. Very friendly staff and great service. Memorable stay!

This is a beautiful historic hotel with very modern amenities. The beds were a delight, great linens and CLEAN. Matthieu was our housekeeper and he did a beautiful job. I was there with a group and didn’t have opportunity to eat in the restaurants, but our banquet meal was delicious. The bars were very expensive, like really expensive.

My wife and I stayed over and thru the Easter weekend to celebrate a few milestones, and we had just the absolutely best time ever. The staff were excellent from Keith at the front desk, to Eric, Jason and Laura at our Gold concierge and lounge. The food was 5 star, the location can't be beat and just the overall friendliness and attention have left us waiting for our next visit! Thank you all!!

Best experience hotel and rooms are beautiful food is amazing views are amazing and in close proximity to all i love staying there, it was my third time and not the last time the hotel has a special atmosphere and its environment resonates throughout the year
