Thank you for an amazing holiday. Only wish we could be staying longer. The resort is simply stunning and the staff couldn't be more friendly. Particular thank to the fitness team......Adriane and Geraldine I have loved my yoga on the idyllic pier, aquafit and ocezn zumba and also to the entertainment crew we loved beach volleyball and salsa lessons. Wonderful holiday with so many new memories made. We will definitely be back ????????

This was my first time to Mexico and the bar has been set so high for future visits, I honestly don’t know how anyone else could compare. The suites and views were beautiful, the food was amazing, and everyone was so friendly. My favourite were the entertainment crew, especially Benjamin, Jesus and Louis. They were so much fun to be around and always brought a smile to our faces when we saw them. We’d make sure we would be there for the activities because of them. They’re the main reason we’ll be back to visit for sure.

El Dorado Seaside Suites is not a five star resort. This resort is not a stand alone resort. For everything you need you have to go the The Palms Seaside suites. When we were there last week there was one restaurant at the El Dorado and it was open from 12:30 to 5:30. All the restaurants and bars are on The Palms side of the resort. They do have shuttle service but you have to wait for these to arrive. There is also no place to even get yourself a coffee if you don’t want to use the coffee maker in the room. There is a Starbucks on the Palms side but you have to pay for their coffee. There is basically no beach at the El Dorado. The white sand beach is on the Palm side. There is a very small beach which is full of cabanas reserved for the exclusive members. These cabanas cut your view of the ocean from the suites at the El Dorado. Our room was beautiful and the AC worked like a charm. Not a lot of hot water in the shower but enough to get by. The pillows in the room were horrendous. We asked for better pillows and it took three phone calls and 8 hours to get three of the worst pillows I have ever seen. We had a lot of problems getting sufficient drinking water delivered to our room. They give you six small bottles of water in the room when you arrive and then It is very hit and miss on getting anymore. Room service was abysmal. We phoned them numerous times and water was never delivered. This was the only way you could get water. None of the bars had any bottled water. But if you wanted booze it was there like Flash Gordon. The room service being poor is a big deal in the El Dorado as there is nothing there except the one restaurant which is only open for a few hours in the afternoon. The food was not good. The buffet restaurant is an after thought and one of the worst buffet restaurants I have ever seen in the Caribbean. The other restaurants are passable but do NOT live up to the hype of gourmet delight. It was wonderful to get away after not being away for four years, but I will never go back to this resort. When booking, I was a little unsure as some of the reviews mentioned how noisy the hotel can be. This wasn’t the case for us (apart from a couple of nights when people were going back to their rooms at 1am). We stayed on the Palms side and had requested a quiet room. We had an issue with the mattress when we arrived which we shared with the hotel and they sorted this for us. Infinity pool is quiet in the morning and gets louder from midday onwards. Really enjoyed the Palms side- really chilled, lots of activities in the day, beautiful beach, enough bars & some pools. Dinners were good- the buffet was not to standard at night but the Asian , Italian & gourmet pub were really good. Seaside market great for breakfast. The outside of the buffet (pizzas) & beach bbq good for lunch. Real standouts for me at this hotel were the staff - so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Tui Entertainment team fab especially Gee (the happiest person you will ever meet), thank you for spreading your positivity Gee. The resort is stunning, especially the beach, size of the rooms and the lovely people we met whilst there. Silent disco party was so fun! The only thing that would make it even better is the entertainment at night - there needs to be more to do ie shows as a singer and dj all but one / two nights is a bit repetitive. We would like to thank all the staff for an amazing stay, we have really loved it. Thank you!

Luana she is amazing, We made the coconut painting with her, Miriam and Alex Also Benjamin, Luis , Jesus, Carlos and Mike, angi they are very friendly, we spend a good time with them. The pool is good, we enjoyed the food The Italian, the Asian and the seaside market for food!
