Jireh and Josué were so helpful gave us all the fun activities to do. We had great food and everyone was so helpful. Taught us how to dance!! There are so many pools and beach is gorgeous. All the employees made sure we were always having fun. Got lots of sun and they brought us anything we could need.

LOVE Jose on the entertainment team at the Beach/Del Mar pool! He has so much energy, is always smiling, and genuinely seems to enjoy his job! He is so kind and friendly with everyone! He made my family’s time at the pool so much fun! Can’t wait for our next stay!

Went for a wedding and they up charged my son, $200US for a room with a queen bed, telling him there was only twin beds. They had paid for double occupancy. And when he was getting wine for the bridal suite, they up charged him again for 3 bottles of wine to take to the girls in the bridal suite. $20/bottle! We had been there as a family a few times over the years, and it has never been like this. There was 50 people in the party so these things seemed petty.

The activity staff at the Pareiso beach were exceptional! Special shout out to Jirah, Josue, Sergio 1 and Sergio 2, and Jimmy!!!!’ They made everyone feel included, and we’re so much fun! Five stars!!! The accommodations, and the food were also excellent! Would stay here again without a doubt!
