Now Jade Riviera Cancun

Not many cons...tons of pros!! Absolutely beautiful resort. All inclusive. My husband and I stayed for 5 days in building 6, Preferred. We had a perfect view of the main plaza so we could sit on our balcony and watch the live shows if we wanted to stay in. This resort is CLEAN! Covid protocol followed to a T. Staff is masked at all times, friendly and hard working. Bring small bills for tipping them, they deserve it! Food is delicious. Restaurants are great! Room service great! Covid test scheduled on site for your return back to the states. Beach is beautiful, but use caution... one section is very rocky but walk a little further down and it's beautiful. Main pools are very nice with an infinity pool. There's also a preferred pool. Would definitely return. CONS: At preferred check in after a long day of traveling we are pressured to join a preferred vacation club by Karen. After telling her I was not interested multiple times, I had to firmly tell her to please have the bell boy get our luggage and direct us to our room. She finally agreed but we were then accosted again the following morning in the lobby by another staff member. I firmly told her no and she was fine. Karen wasn't too bad just a little aggressive. A recommendation would be to mention it at check in and let guests know where to return for more information. Or to give out a brochure with information on the vacation club. But to pressure guests after many many hours of traveling who are tired and hungry is not a good look. Other than that, Now Jade is gem! By the way, Ivan and Angel for beach service are fantastic! Note: if not for the vacation club pressure, would be 5 stars.

I visited Jade Now Riviera Cancun with my family for spring break. The resort had something for everyone. A club for the teenagers and 18+ pool for the adults. Every night we were able to try food from a new one of the variety of restaurants. What really made the vacation special was the staff. Thank you to Gabriel, Saul, Hiram, Amara, Darina, Leonardo and Hiram for filling our days with fun!

The staff were awesome. So friendly during our stay. Saul, Gabriel, Hiram, cristian, darina, amara were great! They were the perfect entertainment team by the pool, the night life and so much more! The food was amazing. Go to Manuel at the pool bar (if he is there during your stay) the jacuzzi was great. Nothing to complain about in our stay’

We enjoyed our time at Now Jade! The staff were great and the resort was very nice! Food and drinks were very good! The pool area had things going o for the families there. Entertainment was pretty good, we mostly enjoyed the live entertainment at the Mix Bar. Only problem we had was not having our room cleaned for 2 days, we had to call to get it done.

My husband and I went away for a quick trip. This was easy and we both felt very safe! I actually felt "safer" at the resort than traveling through the airports. The facilities were very clean, the rooms were great and all the resturants followed all the guidlines. As far as the pool, we stayed at the Adult Only pool and Cesear and Angel and Miguel (?) were great!! Service was fast and friendly and the drinks were perfect! Becuase it was my 50th, we did the lobster dinner on the beach and would highly recommend it! There was not on course that we didn't like and the wait staff (Marin and David) were fantasic!! It was windy but we didn't really notice. The manager El Pidio came by to check on us which was an added touch. The ONLY "problem" we had was we went to the Ala Carte breakfast and left after not getting our food for over 45 minutes. The other thing is they need to pipe some music into the pool area. But besides that, great trip!
