Excellent Privilege Wait Staff and Chef

The Privilege lounge dinner wait staff and chef are outstanding. Our group has been coming to OC&T for the last 5 years and the service is top notch, especially from the consistent wait staff - Angel Cen Briceno, Carlos May, Alfredo the chef, and Franky the bartender - who remember us every time. These are true professionals. They are on-point, receptive, kind, and make the experience very pleasant every visit.

My husband I visited OCT in January 2021 after being married on the beach in Mexico just days prior. This was to be our honeymoon portion of the trip. We choose this resort as it was smaller and more affordable than the huge resort where we held our service. We could not have made a better choice. We did have a rough start at check-in- make SURE they put you in the room type you had paid for and requested. There IS a difference between the adult only and the family section and for this trip we had explicitly requested adult only. After making two room changes, everything else was flawless the remainder of our visit! I can’t speak highly enough of the entire staff! Specifically the following made our stay absolutely perfect.. Angel, Alfredo and their Manager Luísa in the Privilege lounge treated us to a perfect surprise dinner in the gazebo and attended to our every need! Angel was even so kind to serenade my new husband with a Mayan song for his birthday! Roberto, Francisco and their manager Javier at Ritvalto Di Italia again blew us away with their service and kindness for dinner the following night. Miguel Flores, Privilege Service Manager, checked in on us several times and was so kind as to send a gift of champagne and dessert to our rooms as yet another surprise. Jose Luis Cen, Beach Concierge, had our favorite sports at the adult pool and beach ready for us every day, with a huge smile on his face always! “Ricky” Ricardo the adult pool and beach waiter never once allowed us to go thirsty and constantly came up with the best drink ideas for us. We left after 5 days feeling like we were leaving family behind. Thank you OCT for a dream honeymoon! We will definitely be back! E & Melissa K.

This resort is amazing! Spent 5 relaxing days here in an ocean front suite with great food and outstanding service. The privilege beach concierge Jose Luis and server Ricardo work hard to make sure guests are having the best vacation possible. David and Ramon and the rest of the staff at the privilege desk went above and beyond to attend to any needs/requests. Can’t wait to return as soon as possible!

We love this resort! Traveled Jan.10 through 17. Luis beach concierge and Ricardo Poot make our vacations amazing along with the entire Privledge lounge gang. They work so hard and their efforts are appreciated with nice tips. This was our 15th visit to Ocean Coral. I felt very safe and comfortable regarding precautionary measures in place during travel and Covid. Our food was delicious and the drinks were fabulous. If you ate a bigger eater order 2 entres! Great way to make new favorites. Beach was gorgeous as well as the grounds. Pools are super chilly but to ne expected as it is winter! It is our second home, see you soon! If you loved your vacation make some time next time to see what becoming a member is all about.
