ws had an amazing time this past weekend at Paradisus La Perla. The Royal services package was the best thing we could have gotten. The exclusive treatment with punctual transportation was awesome! We had a butler named Angel that provided unparalleled service. We were gone for an entire day on an excursion and when my friends (8 girls) Came back to our 3 rooms and our jacuzzi tubs were full with warm water and bubbles awaiting our arrival!! We could not chosen a better resort for my Bachelorette. Also, I got a massage with Barbara and She was amazing and very attentive. Overall we had a great experience and did not want to come back! The entire staff provides exceptional service. They always ask you if you need anything and how you are doing.

    Best Service in a While!

My girlfriends and I went to celebrate a friend’s bachelorette weekend in Mexico. The hotel was super nice and clean, not to mention we stayed at the royal service room and was treated by Angel who went above and beyond with all of our needs! I highly recommend Paradisus and staying at the royal service. The entire staff was also very nice, the food and drinks were amazing, and the views are to die for!

Royal Service Paradisus Playa Del Carmen is, by far, the best service I have ever received! The staff was always so helpful and always with a smile on their faces. We were a group of nine girls and they accommodated our whole group for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with transportation to and from the hotel. I have to acknowledge one person in particular who really made the whole trip run as smooth as possible, Angel, who was our personal assistant for the whole weekend. Angel made sure we had the best time and was there within seconds whenever we needed something, no matter where we were in the hotel. The Royal Service truly lives up to its name!

We just got back from the Paradisus this past weekend. We stayed for 4 nights and booked through Costco. The Costco package included flights, hotel and shared shuttle to and from the airport. This resort is huge and has 2 sides, we stayed on the La Perla side which is adults only. They also have the family friendly side called 'Esmeralda'. They are connected so you can walk from one to the other. We enjoyed our stay, it was clean, the staff was super friendly and the food was good considering it was all inclusive. The drinks were definitely not on the strong side but nothing extra shots on the side can't fix. We really liked dinner at Fuego, La Palapa and Passions. Tips: -Bring paper straws/reusuable straws with you, they don't provide any straws. -You can tip in USD, you don't need to convert your money to pesos before coming. -They will sit you down when you check in to get your reservations in for your dinner plans (which was nice) but they will end the conversation with an upsell for their time share type service. -If you order a regular margarita/mojito, so on, they will use whatever house liquor they have, but if you ask for a shot they usually give you a name brand (hornitos, casadores) -take mosquito repellent. -Passions is the only restaurant not included with the all inclusive, it ended up being $85 per person for guests. It was a cool experience but it's definitely bougie food (pate, tartar, caviar, etc)

As a couple celebrating an anniversary we were recommended this hotel by friends that had already been there twice. The staff is exceedingly kind, always up to the task and very accommodating. The infrastructures are incredible. Loads of different swimming pools, varied restaurants filled with high quality food. The beach is okay and if you've done some research you'll find that it has some seaweed, but actually we were expecting a lot worse. The temperature of the water is amazing and the beach was kept clean. The only annoying thing was the jetskis that could be rented but only drove just in front of the hotel beach, so that should be looked at as it makes too much noise and too much pollution next to the family part of the beach. In any case, we wouldn't hesitate to come back for a second. Looking forward to it really.
