My friend Susan and I just returned from a week stay at Ports of Call Resort in Grace Bay. We had a wonderful trip - first time in Turks (won’t be our last!!). The hotel was perfect with a walkout to the pool- comfortable and close to beach and restaurants. I must give a warm shout out to both Flo and Fab, these two women, who work at the Front Desk, were so kind, so helpful - such outstanding employees that they are one of the top reasons we would definitely stay at Ports of Call again!!!!

Nice big clean rooms with comfortable beds and strong air conditioning. Breakfast was basic but functional. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool as they were painting it when we wanted to use it but to be fair the stunning Grace Bay Beach is across the road so we didn’t need to use the pool. Friendly staff. Special mention to Flo who went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our trip by not only looking after us at the resort but by also organising excursions for us. Thank you. Helena & Viktor

Just got back from The Ports of Call Resort. Great place, clean rooms, nice people, good food, close to grocery store. Thanks to Flo, great receptionist always and Watson who answered all my husbands questions every day. lol. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Quiet and relaxing. No nite life but that was fine for us. We went Beach everyday and did lots of walking. We used the BBQ at the back. To bad they dont have like a BBQ nite of course for a fee. That would be a bonus. Until next time.

First time we have stayed and very affordable compared to a lot of hotels near grace bay. Small with friendly staff, we took a pool view with balcony which was lovely to sit out in the morning. The sun covers the pool by early afternoon so the beach it was. Shuttle bus to PofC area on the beach, all you need is a towel from reception. Shops, food all within easy walking no more than a few minutes. Yes, we will stay here again.

Never dreamed of being able to afford a stay in Turks and Caicos, but thanks to a neighbour telling us about Ports of Call, we had been able to come two years in a row. May 2018 and first week of Nov 2019. Would not necessarily recommend the first week of November, as it is really slow season (usually we consider this a good thing),but some of the restaurants were closed, and many that were open didn't have their usual special nights. Also there was some maintenance work going on at the hotel. They keep everything clean and in great repair, so obviously work has to happen some time, just not the best when it happens on your week of being there. Otherwise would highly recommend. We were able to do the whole week - flights, hotel, food, drinks for under $4000 Canadian. A steal for the quality of the island and the gorgeous Grace Bay Beach. Anyone that comments that this hotel is expensive has not looked around at prices on this island. The beach is definitely the highlight. 5 minute walk. The hotel provides free beach chairs and umbrellas. Free use of floats, kayaks and SUP boards. We enjoyed all of it. Even had an up close dolphin encounter, so keep your eyes out. Staff is exceptionally friendly. The whole island runs on island time and island attitude, but the staff here make a big effort to be friendly and kind and work hard. It is really appreciated. Nice free breakfast. Makes it an easy way to start your day. Grocery store across the street made it easy to grab a quick lunch. Lots of restaurants close by. Skull Rock Cantina right in the hotel's plaza was our favourite. We also enjoyed Danny Buoys and Bella Luna, and Island scoops for the best homemade ice cream (all within walking distance). This hotel has an amazing location. Also on a personal note, this hotel doesn't fake reviews, so you can believe what you read. It is a personal peeve of mine with those "collected in partnership with the hotel" reviews that are fake and useless. (you can check out my other review for more details. It is entitled "Location, Location, Location" I highly recommend this hotel, and we will return!
