Another Fantastic Holiday

This is our second time at this hotel and we had a wonderful time. Somebody mentioned on a review that there was only rum and I dispute that fact 100% there was vodka, gin, rum, wine, champagne and all sorts of other alcohols at the bar, too many list. The food options were numerous and varied, you will never go hungry at this resort and the eggs were fresh and not from a carton as previously mentioned. They even had bacon this time (last April we went the 1 week they ran out, oh well). Our maid Yasleidy in building 11 top floor was fantastic and very appreciative of the little gifts and tips we gave her. Even gave us extra water bottles when I asked. We could’ve had nicer pillows, but I kept forgetting to ask the front desk so I guess it wasn’t that important lol. Check-in was smooth and friendly, even though it was very late at night as was check out. Pools and beach were wonderful as always, Issac at the swim up bar remembered us from last year and was fantastic. It seemed like this year the bartenders rotated around the different bars, which is actually a great thing. Regla in the breakfast buffet remember us too and always brought me a coffee and a cappuccino which I loved. Xavier the General Manager was always wandering around, making sure everything was perfect and available for questions or chats. Gardeners made pretty gifts for us, they are very sweet. We hope to return next year:)

Fantastic all inclusive hotel. The people are very friendly. The hotel is very clean and the food was good. The beach and ocean is to die for. It is so beautiful there.
