Staff is over and beyond at SunBreeze Hotel. It is close to town and just a wonderful place to stay. We have been there numerous times and will definitely return again. Tips: rent a golf cart and travel the island, great food and the folks are amazing everywhere you stop.

All was fabulous. Best location on the island; quiet but close to beachfront restaurants and bars, excursion operators and town shopping. Fabulous staff, CLEAN, comfortable rooms, quiet AC, best restaurant and bar in town right at the hotel.

Arrival- Pre- arrival booking and follow up emails were prompt and made check in easy. Bellboy was exceptional, he walked us through using everything in the room. The hotel is a very short walk from the ferry (5 mins) and directly beside the small airport. The core of downtown is walkable. Location- Though the airport is directly across from the hotel, planes could not be heard in the room and take offs while at the pool were not bothersome. Room- very clean, comfortable bed, (pillows quite flat but we doubled up) airconditioning worked well. One drawback our room was tucked in a corner and lacked natural light. We needed all lights on when in the room day/night. Room had a mini fridge and blow dryer. Housekeeping was efficient every day. Amenities- Hotel is quiet and has lots of space to relax. Pool was rarely used by others during our stay, it was cool but refreshing. Lots of chairs available. Food- The restaurant food and drinks were very good and comparably priced to other restaurants in the area. There are also 2 walkable grocery stores and countless food options around. Beach- The hotel is waterfront however more geared to boating than swimming. There were signs posted that swimming was not recommended in the boating channel Checkout was quick and easy. Overall I thought the hotel was great value. Clean, well kept, quiet and friendly staff.

My 3 friends and I had an absolutely amazing time in Belize! This was my second trip to San Pedro, but first trip for my friends and all of our first times staying at Sunbreeze! The location could not be more convenient. Nothing beats being able to walk 20ft from the airport to your hotel after a long day of traveling. We had 2 double interior rooms that were nice and cold upon arrival, as well as very clean. The rooms are simple, but the beds are comfortable, the AC is strong, and there is good water pressure in the shower, which is all you really need! They had a large water dispenser in the lobby and ice machine so you always had access to clean cold water and the rooms came with an ice bucket and pitcher so you can have all of this in your room. We spent the majority of our time by the pool. It was never too crowded and we always had lounge chair options in both the shade and sun. Also, the view and breeze from the ocean makes even the hottest days comfortable. The hotel also has a lovely shaded courtyard with hammocks, lounge chairs and couches if you need a break from the sun or a quiet place to sit. We ordered lunch from Bluewater Grill a few times and had a number of drinks from the bar; all were amazing and so nice to enjoy by the pool! They also had fun themed dinners like Sushi Night and Italian Night that we weren't able to fit in this time, but definitely will on our next visit. Sunbreeze was the perfect home base for our trip as it is so central to all the great shops, restaurants, and dive/tour companies in central San Pedro. We also want to give a shoutout to Ryan who wears many hats and seemed to never stop working. On our first day, he helped bring all of our luggage up to our rooms on the 2nd floor and for the duration of our stay was always a friendly, welcoming face to see around the hotel! He even walked us to the airport (all the way across the street ;) ) when we left. Overall, we would 100% recommend staying here if you're in San Pedro and want to take advantage of being in the main hub of the island. We are excited to come back and stay at the Sunbreeze again soon!

The small front door right across from the airport is deceptive front for a lovely surprisingly quiet, comfortable hotel. The rooms open up to a beachy central courtyard. Probably the only drawback is hearing other guests late night or early morning noise. So convenient having a delicious restaurant on site, but there are plenty of other options nearby. Walking all around is common but a bit crazy with rarely any sidewalks and constant golf cart traffic. Right on the ocean, with the tour docks. Wonderful for scuba outings or nearby snorkeling tours.
