We recently stayed here for the first time. We thought it was nice. We did not bring slippers because hotels of this class usually provide disposable slippers so we were disappointed they did not follow that practice. Otherwise the room and facilities were fine. Our best part was the dining. We really enjoyed every meal. We would have loved to call the entire dining experience excellent but our last meal did not make that possible. We highly enjoyed our main course. However when my wife’s soufflé arrived it was a disaster. It was a chocolate puddle in a ramekin. How the chef allowed it to leave the kitchen and the waiter likewise did not question it is beyond me. My wife did not send it back because we did not want to wait for a replacement. So my advice is try anything on the menu but don’t have your meal spoiled by the so called soufflé.

Perfect place to stay, absolutely wonderful staff. .... Incredible views! It’s a great booty towel, with nice rooms, everything is so different. The food is delicious, and incredible birthday breakfast is included in the price.

Whenever we go to Bermuda we stay at The Reefs where the staff does its best to make us feel "perfectly at ease." We love this small, elegant resort. For this visit, we stayed in a pool view room. The view from our balcony was stunning. I loved sitting out on the balcony every morning to watch the longtails flying out over the ocean. The service and the food at The Reefs is top-notch. It is easy to get around the island with a bus stop just steps away from the hotel. We highly recommend this outstanding hotel.

We spent 5 nights at this great location! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it. Leslie greeted us warmly the night we arrived at the front desk. Everyday the beach staff like Kyler accomodated us in everyway. Meanwhile the sweetest lady Gail made up our room (and left extra chocolates on the pillow for our son). The beach is gorgeous, private, and not at all crowed the time of year we went. It was sooo quiet and peaceful, at the beach, by the pool, and out on our balcony. The food was good and there were great views from where ever you were on the property. The Reefs is also in a great location to venture out and explore the island. We will most definitely be back!

We spent 6 days at The Reefs and were so impressed by the wonderful service and kind staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. As far as the hotel, you can’t beat the view and sounds of the stunning ocean from atop our spacious cliffside room. Everything was immaculate both indoors and outdoors. We ate in all of their restaurants and everything was delicious. We also ate off the property at Henry VIII and The Lighthouse Dining Room, which were nearby. We got to sit on the beautiful beach for 2 of the days. Beach staff were attentive and helpful serving food and drink and helping guests settle into kayaks. We traveled all over the island by bus which was easy to use with a stop across the street from the hotel. The front desk staff helped us plan our adventures each day and sold us the bus tokens we needed. On an overcast and showery day, the aquarium/zoo was worth visiting, as well as the Dockyard and downtown Hamilton. A beautiful walk at nearby Horseshoe Bay is a must do. Once there, you can walk to Warwick Long Bay Beach along South Shore Park which is a little over a mile, crossing over sand dunes and rock formations between expanses of fine, pink sand. We would return to The Reefs in a heartbeat.
