My girls! Loved hanging out at the kids play area, they have a huge are for them and they sure enjoyed themselves. All the staff was super kind and gentle with my babies. My husband and i got to hang out at the bar for a half hour whole they enjoyed some fun time at the pool. Totally recommend A special shout out to Carolina, Abraham and Anni for making us feel so welcome.

I've been coming on Vacation to Crown Paradise Club Cancun with my Family for Over 15+ years. It has Always been such a wonderful & Memorable time which such amazing, hardworking, friendly Staff, beautiful weather & Beach, Great Food, Entertainment, Accomodations & View. Those are some of the reasons it brought me back again & again. I have recommended Crown Paradise to Many Friends & Family who felt the same way as I did after they went there.

Had a great experience for my first time! Jerry, Maria, David and Jesus were all wonderful and provided excellent service to us all. Food was great, some areas could be a little cleaner but overall great resort and I would definitely come back again!

This is my second stay at the Crown Paradise and I am very satisfied. We love the VIP lounge on the 8th floor, where Jerry & Maria took great care of us! Clean resort, food is good & there’s something for everyone. Would come back again and again!

Food is terrible! Beds are rock hard, and rooms are falling apart, the sliding glass door to our room was broken, the cold water didn’t work in the room, the WiFi was hanging from a cord from the room. The staff wasn’t friendly except for David William Martinez was the best thing about our stay! We won’t be coming back to any Crown Paradise in the future ever!
