My favourite hotel in Jasper! Newer hotel property in a great location in walking distance to restaurants, stores, and grocery market. Super friendly and attentive front desk staff. Thank you for the upgrade to a studio with a spectacular view from the balcony. Appreciated the hotel’s efforts to keep everyone safe with COVID cleaning protocols.

The Authentic is just Wow! The atmosphere alone upon walking in is so elegant and relaxing! The menu is small, but that’s what fine dining is about! We had the broccoli appetizer and well let’s just say it was delicious and cooked to perfection! The mains were just as good, try the Bowden Chicken you won’t be disappointed! Hats off to chef Mike! Our server Jesse was phenomenal, he told us they’d only been open for 3 weeks, I couldn’t believe it, they were so prompt and organized, not one glitch in service. We definitely will be back, 6 stars!

We have never stayed at the crimson and we booked it because we thought why pay for an expensive hotel when you can’t use any of the amenities. We also wanted a small kitchen gallery which was available in the studio room. We were surprised how big the room was and in addition it had a small kitchen table (not shown in the picture). The table only had 3 chairs which was a bit odd but that’s a first world problem. We were in room 319 which faces the main road and train’s passing by by the noise in very minimal. My only concern is the fact we called the day and f our check in to ensure we get a room that was pet free because my daughter is has bad allergies and we were told the entire hotel is pet friendly. They mentioned the 3rd floor would have less of a chance to have dogs in the room because they normally fill up the ground floors with pets. We decided to stay and upon check in a different employee said the 3rd floor is pet free. Just be transparent about it. Overall I would absolutely stay here again. Good location, good price and a good spacious room.

Ordered takeout from your restaurant Maligne Canyon Wilderness Kitchen and had it delivered and it was impeccable. The service was top notch and I look forward to ordering again! I recommend the fried chicken and beef brisket.

With a milestone bday coming up figured we spend 2 nights in Jasper with my wife, & 2 daughters. The parking lot can be tight. But there are plenty of street Parking. The lobby is warm, and welcoming. If you have mobility issues try to get a room on the first floor, as I believe rooms on the first floor can be access thru the parking lot. I believe there’s only 1 elevator, it is tight. But we took the stairs, which is not a big deal as it’s only a 3 story building. They do have a pool, due to covid you have to reserve a time. Max 2 cohorts at a time, with max of 8 people. I did see them sanitize the pool area. They do take covid protocol seriously, as they take guests temperatures prior to check in. We stayed in a 2 queen studio. I’m pretty sure we got upgraded, as our room is on the 3rd floor with a nice view of the mountain. There is a train track across the street. However we didn’t hear the trains at night. The room itself was very clean, and spacious. Has a fireplace, microwave, fridge. The bathroom very modern, with a nice shower. The location is very centrally located. I was able to leave the car at the hotel, and walk to shops, and restaurants. There is a grocery store next door. I highly recommend this hotel! Lastly the gentleman who checked us in on Nov 7 around 3:40pm. Believe his name is Serge? If management reads this I want to say, Stayed at numerous hotels/resorts around the world. This gentleman is top 3 best hospitality staff I’ve ever encountered! If he’s not in a leadership role in some sort, I can see him being one in the future! I was lucky enough to see him behind the front desk pretty much my entire stay. (I hope he doesn’t work 24/7 lol). Got a chance to have conversations with him, I can tell he genuinely cares about his guest, and loves his job! Stayed at “hotels/resorts” that’s are “forced” to greet guests by name from a “scrip” but not this gentleman! My daughter had and incident which resulted in her going to the Jasper ER. Next morning Serge asked how she’s doing, and remembered her name!!! I also witness how he’s so calm with other guests. The hotel offers express check out. But we didn’t take advantage of it, as we wanted to personally say bye to Serge. Hopefully next time we stay at the Crimsion, we can see him again. But wanted to say you guys are lucky to have an employee like him! (I apologize if I misspelled his name).
