We have just returned from a 9 night stay at the Embassy Suites Waikiki. I am so glad I chose this place to stay after spending a lot of time researching hotels in Waikiki. We arrived at 10am after a long over night flight and were hoping but not really expecting to be able to check in early and were so grateful that we could. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite in the Aloha tower. Having a separate bedroom and lounge area when you are travelling with kids is worth the money, not many hotels I looked at had a separate bedroom. The rooms were nice with a TV in every room, kitchenette with fridge and microwave and a coffee maker and jug. One suggestion to management it would be great if there was cutlery and plates in these kitchens - there was a coffeemaker but no teaspoons or any cutlery or plates. The included buffet breakfast was awesome and truly worth the cost of the stay when you didnt have to go out for breakfast every day and we were so fill after breakfast that most days we didnt have to have lunch either so I feel like we saved a lot of money in food costs by staying here. The reception in the evenings was awesome - 2 free drinks per adult and unlimited free soft drinks for kids plus snacks which included corn chips, salsa, cut up veggie sticks etc. We definitely all loved this and it made a lovely end to the day sitting around the pool listening to music and having a drink. It did get busy but the line for drinks moves quickly and the staff behind the bar are super fast and efficient. The location was awesome - it was slightly away from the busyness of central waikiki but only a few minutes walk to everything you needed. The beach was across the road and only a 10 minute stroll on the beach footpath to the Hilton Hawaiian village and the lagoon which was great for swimming in. Special mention to Otto the pool and towel attendant who was a lovely guy and an asset to the Hilton - thanks for making our pool time memorable Otto!! love this place and would 100% stay here again. Didnt want to leave!!

Best hotel ever! Great customer service experience. Love the fact that they have live entertainment by the bar area with happy hour and free Breakfast Buffet. And instead of small shampoo and conditioners and lotion they have full size bottles ready for you to use as much as you need to use it. I would definitely stay here again. Hilton Honors comes in handy so make sure to get on that.

The hotel is in a good location one block off the beach, near a lot of places to eat. Rooms are a little dated but a kept up nice. Really like the balcony off the room. had ocean view which was nice. Staff was nice checkin quick. ABC store across the street overall would stay here again.

The room was super nice and the view was amazing. The pool was great and this was one of the only places to have a hot tub which was great. The towel guy, Otto, was super friendly and we had some great conversations. Very cool dude! Will be coming back!

Eric provided outstanding service. He went above and beyond to make sure the guests were taken care of and were comfortable. The Rooms were excellent, ways clean. The maids were always smiling and very friendly. The breakfast was awesome. Plenty of food and never ran out. Loved the omelet bar.
