We’ve stayed several times but sadly this will be the last time. When we originally started staying....it was decent enough accommodations.however it’s gone downhill and this was our worst stay ever.. The air conditioner units were loud and noisy and the units desperately need updating. The bottoms of the kitchen cupboards were peeling away and the fridge looked brand new; however the incorrect handle was attached and made it difficult to open the fridge... coffee maker was broken and we waited so long for someone to bring a replacement..we had to go to the front desk ourselves for the replacement. The Monday to Friday front desk person was just miserable and lacked any customer service .... we were charged a cleaning fee and be forewarned...there is no daily cleaning of the rooms...and parking was $18 even though there were ample parking spaces and I’m pretty sure that each unit would be allotted a parking spot..huge money grab. The two good things...located central Lahaina and it had a stacked washer and dryer...other than that..folks..spend your monies elsewhere and find another place to stay.

Coconut Condos is allowing folks from some countries to rebook at a later date but not Canadians who have been ordered to stay home or go home. No support or customer service. They’re going to lose a lot of loyal return customers over this. Most others in the industry are accommodating in the interest of helping to support customers to follow medical and government advisories.

    Needs an update, disappointed

Tired older units in desperate need of an upgrade and most with no balconies. Maui with no balcony! Linens should have been white but where yellowish, towels and bedding. Pool was nice but owners stalked the pool area to make sure you were following THEIR rules. There was a wind storm the day after we arrived with no clean up in site for 3 days. When they did they only cleaned the pool and left leaves, debris and branches around the rest of the entire location. On the plus very close to the front street of Lahaina. Would not stay again until the entire place underwent a renovation.

We stayed here from Jan. 17th - Feb. 14th, 2020. This is our 4th stay at Aina Nalu Resort and our first stay in G-207. The room is exactly what is pictured on VRBO. When we arrived to the room, we were welcomed to a very clean, comfortable room that had all that we would need for our month long stay. There was even a card left by the iTrip team that welcomed us to the room and a contact number if any problems would arise. Shortly after that, we received an email from the iTrip team welcoming us and to contact them if there are any problems or anything they can do to make our stay more enjoyable. This is first class customer service! G-207 is located on the second floor in the Aloha building (each building has a name for easy location), and has a little green space to enjoy while you set on the lanai to drink your morning coffee. This room also has a full size fridge with in-the-door filtered water/ice- dispenser; this was a nice upgrade, we just filled our reusable water bottles and saved from buying water at the store. We also recycle, so it is nice that Aina Nalu has recycling bins located around the property for bottles and cans! The only downside to this property is that parking is $20.00/day (that you pay the resort), unless you can find parking on the street, but if you stay a month they give you a discount! There are also 2 pools and 4 BBQ grills on the property and G-207 is located close to the smaller pool and 2 grills, while the bigger pool and grills are located in the center of the resort. Lahaina's famous Front St. and the harbor are within walking distance for all of you shopping and water fun activities. We would definitely recommend this resort and this room and look forward to staying again! Thank you for a Great Stay!

The hotel itself was nice. We had a one bedroom suite which was great, actually a 2 bedroom but the second door was locked. Room had a kitchen which was great, large bedroom, pullout couch and even laundry which was great. Not much to do on the resort but walking distance to town. One downfall was at the pool, one security guard kept coming around and not letting anyone do anything. The kids around the pool called him the grinch, adults even playing catch with their children weren’t aloud on a big piece of land behind the pool. It was so uncalled for. I would stay again.
