I spent two nights in the Cosmopolitan for a conference. The conference was conveniently located in the Chelsea Tower, which is also where my room was, so that was very convenient. My check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the staff was friendly. I arrived before the actual check-in time. They said I could get a room immediately if I didn't mind a handicapped-accessible room. That was fine - the only difference was a few railings. I didn't do much in the Cosmopolitan except sleep and attend the conference, but it was a nice place to come back to for the evening. My room was on the 18th floor, and I had a view of the pool. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and has luxurious amenities. As others have mentioned, there is no in-room coffee. I planned ahead and bought some cans of cold brew at the ABC store and put it in the fridge. I know casinos try to keep you inside, but it was a little inconvenient not being able to leave through the parking area. The "no pedestrians" signs are not kidding. You really can't exit through that area on foot. I don't have any physical limitations, but it wasn't possible to take a quick break outside between sessions because of the long walk to the pedestrian exit. I looked at the food court and the Chandelier Bar but, unfortunately, didn't have enough time to try them. The Cosmopolitan really strives for excellent customer service. They even have a flirtatious virtual concierge named Rose. My experience was wonderful.

Usually stay at Harrah’s properties, but decided to stay here. This place is great! Will be back. Had a great check in process, room was large, and in much better shape than Caesars, Paris and PH. Skip the other hotels on the strip, and stay here. Price was in-line with the others and well worth it.

Right in the midst of the strip. Excellent views of the fountains next door. Great food options. My last visit to Vegas at a different hotel took a good 30 minutes to check in. The front desk staff here handled the load really well. The room was large, clean and had great views of the fountains. Nice patio to relax on as well. Spa was excellent. Especially post marathon. Will stay here again.

Stayed with a friend for a girls weekend. We booked a double queen suite with balcony overlooking the fountain. Beautiful room (could use more light), really comfortable room, though my bed sagged badly on one edge, enough so I kept rolling to that edge. Not enough towels in the beautiful bathroom. Spacious shower with excellent amenities. Good closets (could use more hangars) and a mini fridge which is a great amenity. Could not enjoy the balcony as much, since many others were out smoking on their balconies. Booking spa treatments was problematic--when you call the number for the spa--you get the main desk, which shouts the standard line about "this is a recorded line" over and over--no music--just the really loud announcement. I finally got someone on the phone--he connected me to the spa--where no one picked up the phone--and the guy back at the main number (more loud announcements) said "yeah, they don't answer the phone in the late afternoon, since they're busy with face to face guests--you might have to walk to the spa to book in person". Really???? And then the spa person finally picked up the second time and was really helpful--except for the part where he didn't tell us to get there 45 min early, so we missed part of our massages. And then my friend asked about having packages sent to the hotel -- and they said "yeh sure", but didn't say it was $10 per package fee. She'd have done something else for $20 in fees. So beautiful hotel, lovely in person service--little communication glitches, and a mattress in one room at least that needs updating. Not the level of hotel for $300 per night.

I have stayed twice at the Cosmo and it never disappoints. I managed to get an upgraded room which over looked the strip and had its own Jacuzzi/bath and balcony. The hotel itself is in a good location for strip and shops. The bars and restaurants are also top end.
