Excellent value for a two night stay. The hotel seemed very clean due to COVID-19. We were happy with our room casino and food options. The only issue is we felt the there should have been better bariors in the casino especially at the table games

Stayed at Paris on my honey from 10-21-26-20. First the power went out from 7 pm 11:40 pm and locked our of hotel, no one could tell you what happened and no explanation or compensation from hotel. Second someone was in hall smoking pot which came in my room and reeked. Third when my husband accidently pulled back bottom sheet on the day we were departing he said the mattress cover was disgusting and filthy (I ask him not to tell me more as I would freak out). Fourth when you I text Ivy the connoisseur he never responded. Fifth if you try to contact someone by phone there is no number available. I would not stay at the Paris again. Hopefully they will see all the negative reviews and make some serious changes.

My boyfriend and I went to stay for one night at the Paris hotel for my 30th birthday last week. We had dinner reservations at their Gordon Ramsey restaurant later that night. Around 7:30pm, the hotel lost power. It came on and went out again several times over an hour or so. We were in our room on the 17th floor, and we couldn't reach anyone at the resort to figure out what to do, so we eventually evacuated through the stairwell and got a room at the 76. I understand that this was an unexpected problem that was caused by "rats" and was perhaps outside the hotel's control. But I slept in an ashtray hotel room and had taco bell for dinner on my 30th birthday, and I think the least the hotel could do is give me a refund. If you plan to stay at the Paris, I hope you have a lovely time. But if something goes wrong, don't expect any customer service from the hotel.

Never staying at Paris again!!!! First two days had to fight staff to keeping looking for my package I mailed to the hotel and had the hotel staffs name who signed for the package. Staff denied that person worked their and kept saying “we don’t have its not at this hotel” finally the operations manager called me and said he too can’t find the package. I informed him of the package being expensive and how I reported it lost to UPS is filling an investigation report. Twenty minutes later he calls to say he found the package in the package center and that staff must of overlooked it. Third and last day of my stay the entire hotel lost electricity from 7pm to 11:40 pm all guest were locked out of the hotel and no announcements or information was available, so we had to sit on the street and wait near the entrance to see when we could go back inside and worried the entire time if we would even have a room to sleep that night, along with all of our personal belonging locked in our room. Staff had no concern even seen them laughing at how crazy it all was getting. People had money stuck inside the slot machines and staff was telling them to leave exit the building! With no information just supper to leave your money and go outside ??

Just got back from Paris. I too was there for the blackout. It was Oct 22 we were getting ready for our special wedding anniversary when the lights went out. In the dark we got dressed for our special dinner, got my socks and carried my heals 26 flights down the stairway with my cell phone light. This brought back terrible post traumatic memories of when I was in 9/11 walking down the stairwell. It was rattling to relive the frightening feelings it stirred up. When I complained to the text I got from Ivy the text person, they offered a 50 food and beverage credit, which I said it would not surrfice. They said it would be sent to a manager and be answered within 48 hours I suggested I would need at least my night to be comped since I refused the 50.00 food or beverage they have done NOTHING. I know not coming from NY some may not be aware of the seriousness of 9/11 thoughts and reliving the 26floors but it was our 15th wedding anniversary and this could have ruined our whole trip back home now and still NOTHING
