    I enjoyed my stay at Paris Hotel. It was my first outing after the 2020 lockdown so I was a little nervous. I was pleasantly surprised at the stringent mask wearing policies. We were politely reminded to wear our masks even while at the pool which was fine by me. Great job! Overall a great stay with one big disappointment. I don’t understand why I’m paying a $44 DAILY RESORT FEE and yet this doesn’t include valet parking?!? As a paying guest this should be included. Also my bed and pillows were lumpy and therefore uncomfortable.

    Aaaaah, Vegas. I booked a two night stay at the Paris,LV. It was decent; pretty much what you would expect booking a standard room last minute. The pool closes at 5 which was slightly irritating but whatever. It a nice, relaxing area nonetheless. I would very much recommend that if you’re thinking about a spa treatment- save your money. I booked a 50 minute scalp and foot massage for the bargain price of $160. It was an... underwhelming experience. The therapist was nice and all but she spent more time fiddling around with things in the cupboards and wrapping my feet in plastic than actually massaging anything, all this of course included in the 50 timeframe. I would estimate she spent less than half of the allotted time actually touching me. Then, they automatically added her gratuity, which I thought was pretty audacious. So $188 total. I was in and out in 54 minutes. Bleh.Waste of money. The Paris staff- at least those I interacted with- were awesome. The property is lovely.

    All I can say is this hotel is okay, but we were very underwhelmed. Be prepared for kiosk check in with very pushy, rude staff that don’t allow you to use the kiosks yourself. Requested an upgrade for our room a month in advance but were “sold out” upon arrival. Room carpet definitely needs cleaned as there are large stains that made us uncomfortable to take our shoes off while walking around our room. Pillows are very small and lumpy and beds are stiff. Also, the lighting in the hallways, room, and bathroom is the darkest lighting I’ve seen in a hotel. Have to lean about an inch away from the bathroom mirror to be able to see what you’re doing, glad I brought a lighted mirror with me. Parking is free for guests of the hotel, but every time you enter and leave the garage you have to press the Help button since the room keys won’t open the gate. Waited more than once in a line of 5+ cars because everyone was having to call for help. Went to the front desk to report the issue and were told there was nothing they could do. If you’re just looking for a place to crash after a long night, and your room is comped, this would be great. If you’re looking for any sort of a friendly or comfortable atmosphere, I suggest staying somewhere else. I know we will be.

    Check in Kiosks worked well. Got to the room and the room smelled of smoke (we are non-smokers). Pillows were very small and the bed wasn't comfortable. They did clean our room after the first night, but not the second. Tried to call to get fresh towels - front desk and housekeeping were not available (call just put me on hold, nobody answered). I texted the "virtual assistant" and eventually did receive towels, with a remark about our room having an occupancy sign on the door when they came by earlier (there was no sign on the inside of the door that we could have used!). Whatever. If I could only post the picture I took of the bathroom - needs to be UPDATED (at the least, caulked). Shower pressure was a trickle. Room was over-priced and uncomfortable, resort was under-staffed and food was extremely expensive. But the view of the Bellagio fountains was nice! Guess we'll stay THERE next time. Won't be back to Paris.

    girls trip for 4 days. great location. easy to access guest services and get help. great food. dislike smoking in casinos but that is related to all. non smoking room was very nice. great and fun decor
