    I appreciated the stay great friendly staff comfortable room setting and I loved the bath. The stove the fridge microwave was amazing the view was stunning very quiet rooms loved it to the fullest ??????

    lousy service in a drug hazed hotel

    the worse stay ever in las Vegas - I could not reach anyone prior to my stay for support and when I arrived in person it was just as bad -- staff was both not willing to help and the few that at least responded said they either did not know the answer to a simple question or could not assist. Top that with feeling like I was in a drug house the entire stay as the smell permeated each and every floor I was on. Top it off and the credit card charges reflect overbilling. adding further insult I was awakened during the night by security looking to address water issues elsewhere in the hotel

    Parking was a huge inconvenience. There were no more parking spaces and had to park all the way at the MGM. I didn't plan for this as I thought a hotel would have enough parking spaces to accommodate for all of its guests.

    TERRIBLE valet parking situation, and poor overall

    This was by far the worst experience we've ever had at a Vegas hotel, and one of the worst at any hotel, anywhere. First and foremost, the valet service was incredibly slow, to the extent that I missed a business appointment due to waiting 35 minutes for my vehicle. In addition, one of the valet drivers actually said "f*** you" in a hostile manner, directed to me personally. Yes, he was clearly under stress in that situation, but in my opinion, no employee should ever direct foul language at a customer, especially in a hostile manner. In addition to that, on the first night of our stay, the valets decided to shut down for the night (at around 9:30 pm), forcing us to park approximately three quarters of a mile away (no self parking available on site). Lastly, I understand that we're still in the midst of mid-stage COVID-19 restrictions, but not only was there no room service, there was only one very basic (not great) restaurant open onsite. Although the room was pretty nice and things were cleanly, this hotel is a 3 star property, AT BEST. I would give it 2 stars, and even then I feel I'm being a bit generous. The management needs to do a better job, particularly with regard to the valet parking situation.

    Coming to visit again .!!!

    I love everything about the stay. The check in was amazing . Only problem would be elevator but it was not a problem to complain or mark bad on. Housekeeping was beyond amazing , they kept everything clean everyday. re made bed and all . Signature will see me again as well as everyone I told about this experience
