Yolande gave me the grand recovery deep tissue massage. It was amazing!! Yolande is thee BEST. As woman who works out a lot my body really needed it and Yolande gave me the right pressure. Amazing massage. I would definitely come back to her. I went in feeling very tight with low back pain and came how feeling so relaxed.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Jewel Grande Montego Bay Resort & Spa. The room was very spacious, clean, and we had a very relaxing stay. Food was great and plentiful. To top it off, the staff was amazing. I loved the customer service I received from a waiter named Tackeshia along with others. My drinks from the bar were very tasteful. We will be coming back again.

My husband, two teenage children, and I spent 7 nights at the Jewel Grande on April break. We stayed in a 3-bedroom oceanfront suite. The suite was great - it had 3 1/2 bathrooms and faced directly onto the ocean. The balcony was enormous and the living space inside was pleasant. There was a coffee maker and our fridge was stocked daily. We had butler service with Lennox and Garcon - both were great and helped us with anything we needed throughout our stay. The resort was the perfect size. There wasn't a ton for teenagers to do in general. However, we had a blast riding on the Hobie Cat with CT and playing volleyball with Jermain. They both went above and beyond to make our kids' stay enjoyable. The beach was nice, albeit small and definitely shallow, but pleasantly warm. We actually enjoyed the cooler temperature of the pool after the long hot days by the ocean. The highlight for us was the FOOD. We have been to a lot of AI resorts over the years with mixed food experiences. The food at JG far exceeded our expectations, especially at the buffet for breakfast and lunch. They provided a nice selection of choices for breakfast and rotating lunch specials cooked to order each day. We also went to each of the a la carte restaurants. Our favorite was Waves. Our server, Tadeesha, was phenomenal. The filet and the drunken chicken were our favorite dishes there. The variety of a la cartes were great and the food was consistently good at each. The only thing we struggled a bit with was the temperature in the Pier Side (Asian) restaurant. It was unpleasantly warm near the hibachi tables. This is the first resort that made us want to come back again soon. We appreciated how pleasant the staff was all around as well. We did tip, but didn't see a lot of people doing so. One point to note is that my parents went with us and my mother has mobility issues, so she struggled with the amount of stairs. Otherwise, our stay was lovely and we cannot wait to return!

This was my second time at the Jewel Grande Montego Bay. It is hard to list all the things that I enjoyed about this resort. The staff is amazing and always willing to assist you to make sure that you have a pleasant experience. The musical events are over by 9 pm so you can get a quiet sleep. The resort is the perfect size, not overcrowded. Kevin, the fitness manager is kind and very experienced. The yoga classes offered by the visiting instructor are top notch and the classes were always packed. The food is amazing and the beach is wonderful. I cannot say enough about this resort. My family and I will be back again next year.

Welcome to the Jewel Grande!!! This is my home away from home for sure. I had the pleasure of staying here in February 16-23, 2023 during my very first trip to Jamaica. I enjoyed my stay so much that I came back for another visit for my Birthday September 3-7. My third visit was just last week April 4-9, and I didn't want to come back home. Well, I never do. The landscape, the food, the entertainment, the room and most importantly, THE SERVICE. Everything superb as always. This place is family friendly with plenty of things for the kids to do so the parents can relax and enjoy cocktails by the pool. This place is for everybody!!! YOU WILL HAVE A GOOD TIME!!!! YOU WIL SEE BEAUTIFUL VIEWS!!! YOU WILL ENJOY DELICIOUS FOOD!!!! My only drawback with this place is similar to another review and that is the depth of the ocean. This is also a plus for people who enjoy the water but can't really swim. The added sense of safety with the design of the ocean pool makes the waves more controlled for a more pleasurable swim. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! ITS THE ONLY PLACE I STAY WHENEVER I VISIT JAMAICA!!!! I'm looking forward to going back this fall.
