Zoetry is such a beautiful all inclusive resort. Checking in was so quick and smooth and the personal butler is something special. Michael Lee (butler) and Michael V (masseuse) were so lovely. We tried to do everything that the hotel offered and were very pleased with our experience. It’s definitely more of a romantic get away for couples but there were families with children there as well. Our room had everything we needed and more. My only complaint is that the food I had was hardly tasty.

The rooms were neat and clean; housekeeping came several times a day to check on us. Sheldon our butler was awesome. The food was delicious. It is a great place to go if you want a relaxing and quiet vacation. We enjoyed lounging at the beach and the pool; wait staff came by regularly to get drink and food orders. The weather was perfect the entire week!

From the time we checked in till we departed we had a most wonderful stay. The butler Michael and the house keeper Samantha were excellent. The reception staff were very welcoming. All the restaurant and bar staff were super. Everyone was so polite.

Visited March 22-26th. Birthday celebration. Property is beautiful. We came early from the airport. Checked in around 11, they said we would have lunch and our room would be ready. It was ready around 4 pm. We were tired. Took a nap. Went down and had dinner. Next day we noticed the phone did not work and our toilet would not flush. We had to walk down and tell the front and our butler. The phone did not work the whole time. We seen the maintenance man the 3rd and told him he came and fixed it. Keep in mind the attitude of front staff and coffee staff and some breakfast staff was that they hate Black Americans. It was hard to get towel, shower gel… its suppose to be all inclusive but they want a tip for it all every day. I tip at the end of trip all the time. The last day was horrible. The day before, I went down asking about our phone, I needed to contact the people that would help taken us the airport. They said the phones are having troubles. But they gave you a ticket that time it says they will be here. Next day; went down. Checked out. The ticket said 1:30. Alerted our butlers they said they tried to contact but no answer but they should be there. 2:00 no one… they said well we can get a taxi but its $40. We had to take it to make the flight. Jamaica and the resort want to nickel and dime you all the time. They always worried about how to make more. I would say this as warning DO NOT VISIT THIS RESORT. This not a happy retreat they are lazy and take forever to respond. There were two good people that worked there that’s it. Spend your money where you will get treated fairly. AMERICANs stay away.

Awesome beach. Quiet and beautiful. Great place for couples to relax and enjoy each other and the beautiful water. The service was excellent and so was the food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would return
