This a month long overdue, however this was my first trip to Jamaica. I don't even know where to begin because it was the most amazing trip!! My friends and I decided to book during the March Break week and decided to try this resort. From the number of restaurant choices, food selection, entertainment, daily physical activities, glass bottom boat excursion, pool volleyball, water aerobics, kayaking this spot had so many choices. This resort is much more intimate and smaller compared to some of the massive resorts built along the strip however it was perfect with a huge selection of lounge chairs by the main beach, secret private beach and all along the pool areas. Overall this resort was so well maintained and kept super clean and tidy. The main lobby staff, cleaners, gardeners, waiters and the entertainment crew work extremely hard and bring the best vibes!! Shoutout to the entire staff including Janice (the OG bartender) who was always making us laugh by her bar/pool and making the best drinks!! Chef Vicario/Eric absolutely killed it with their chef skills and entertainment during Hibachi grill nights. Coach Radcliffe was awesome in teaching us how to play pickle ball and tennis! My boss mans OJAY at the smoothie bar and Merric at the morning egg station! Absolute gems!! There are many more names including Elaine and others who I cannot remember at this time but everyone truly made our week!! Thank you for all that you do!!! You truly have so much fun here where you can sign up for multiple excursions including the Blue Lagoon that was absolutely stunning (highly recommend). This resort has pool tables, ping pong tables, a water slide, and also has multiple vendors who come to visit the resort to purchase different souvenirs which is wonderful. I have been to over 15 all inclusive resorts in 7 different cities and this is my favorite. It’s not big. If you want to walk the beach for miles… not for you. If you want a crazy young party scene…not for you. If you want a nice selection of good food, a casual relaxed vibe and friendly staff. This is for you. The food at the restaurants is very good. The buffet doesn’t have 100s of options but what they offer is good quality. They have multiple fresh prep food stations every meal. It is a bit slower than I am used to but you are on vacation, what else are you doing? There is a pool bar in every pool. The glass bottom boat was a pleasant surprise. The water is calm enough to actually use the kayaks. There is entertainment staff and if you want to have some fun they are always doing something but not so in your face that it’s obnoxious. I really appreciated the coffee shop for my cappuccino with my morning walk. I was with a group of 8 and we all have nothing but good things to say about the resort. Probably the only place I may visit more than once.

Overall our experience was good. The majority of the staff were very helpful and professional. The 2 drawbacks and disappointments were the lack of 'top shelf' liquor for 1. The only gin available was Jamaican gin'. Not even Tanqueray was available, and no Prosecco either. They did have champagne, but it really wasn't very good. The other disappointment was a bartender 'Marvin'. I don't know what it was with him but he was not very helpful or attentive. Eventually I would go any where else to get our drinks instead of waiting on him to decide to look after us. Very disappointing. And his language during the sing-a-longs in the Piano bar was abhorrent, especially during Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond. Dreadful. One bartender that stood out was, Jaeden, I think that's how you spell it. Always very helpful and attentive. If you like to walk the beach this is not the resort for you, it is limited. The rest of the staff were amazing and always helpful and cheerful. Everyone else, from the staff in the restaurants, to the ever present cleaners, pool staff, glass bottom boat operators and all. I cant name everyone but no other complaints what-so-ever. Food was always very good and always changing with new items everyday. Thanks for holiday.

It was a beautiful place with great pools and yummy drinks. Our room was perfect and very quiet overlooking the ocean. The people who work there are AMAZING and so kind. The food could use a little improvement and we did not really enjoy the entertainment at night, but neither of those things would keep us from going back again.

Quiet, unrushed and great customer service. The meals could be more varied though. There were not many choices of food nor drinks. Room service was good . The room was comfortable with all the expected amenities . Entertainment was a bit limited. The hotel is therefore more suited for older people. To me the pull factors for the hotel are the responsiveness of the staff and the beauty and serenity of the property . I will be back!
