Exceptional Service and Food

On reaching the gate the service given by the security guard was excellent and professional. Our temperatures were taken and our hands sanitized. The check in was a breeze and Brian and Carleta were so welcoming and warm. Every staff member on the grounds were friendly and helpful always asking if you are ok and if you needed anything. The facilities were ok. But the highlight of this trip was the food and service in the main dining area. Trecell was awesome from day 1 to 3 she took care of us (my mom, sister and friends). Jason and Susan were excellent too. They made us feel so welcome and served us exceptionally. (Big up Trecell, Susan and Jason). The drinks were so good, all the bartenders gave consistent service (I was hooked on the mudslide). Due to COVID 19 restrictions I can’t comment much on housekeeping but the rooms on entry were clean and comfortable. Mini bar was stocked and we had adequate towels, rags and toiletries. This is my second time at Melia and trust me it won’t be my last. The customer service 2 years ago is the same service now even better. Good job Melia Braco Team!!!!

My stay at Melia Braco was amazing. The staff there is so friendly and welcoming, the scenery is beyond beautiful and the food is great! Shout out to Vinessa, Micheal, Ricardo, Oshane and Judah for making my stay an unforgettable one.

Nice vacation so far. I must first say friendly staff ,especially Vinessa great service ,Big up Oshane,nice drink, Deno just to name a few,food great,nice pool, I had a fantastic time so far nice get away people look no further..Ashay had us entertained all day, good vibe. Honorary mention to Chad as well.

An excellent place for relaxation and enjoyment. Excellent customer service. Shout out to Vinessa, Ojay, Juda, and the whole entertainment crew. The food was on fire and the drinks on point. Stylish and elegant accommodations. Must go again.

I had a wonderful time at the Melia Braco Hotel.The food is nice,the ambiance is nice and there are wonderful staff.Customer service is on point and I love how they treat with the Covid-19 situation.Place cl3an,sanitize often and social distance..Big up..I will visit again for sure
