The place was clean and the food was not bad, except for the Jamaican food! you must know by now that lots of guss come for the Jamaican food. It was my birthday celeberation and the staff goes all out to make us feel welcome and happy! We would return or recommend if the menue has better choices, this is not our first time to the Palace so we know what to expected!

Excellent for kids and playroom staff have been excellent especially Donna. She was amazing with kids and looked after them really well. My kids loved all the activities at the resort like The Dolphins cave and the arcades. All inclusive, especially snack bar and jerk hut was just ideal.
