Never Again
Nicole W on Mar 19, 2024
I recently stayed at the Hilton Anaheim after visiting Disneyland for my birthday with my partner and did not have a good experience. My room was non-refundable, so I tried to just fall asleep and leave the next day. Upon entering the hotel and walking towards the registration desk you can immediately tell that the hotel needs updates. Seats and tables were worn all over the front desk/sitting area. My check-in experience was not good. My reservation was lost (even though I'd called earlier to confirm it and request a late check-in since I knew I'd be at the park all day. I was told everything was good and was given a pre-check in. However, when I finally made it to the hotel, my reservation could not be found under my name. After being told to "call the number I'd called earlier" (Which was the Hilton Front Desk number I got from google), everything got figured out. Once we got to our room, we ended up seeing just how outdated this location was. stains on sheets, tubs, walls, and ceilings, mirrors peeling in the bathrooms, vents rusted and hanging because they were not screwed in all the way, torn up lamp shades, ceilings that looked like they'd had water damage, and parts of the ceiling crumbling and hanging in the room. The Valet had also told me I'd requested my vehicle earlier in the morning, which I did not, and they'd brought my vehicle down already. They then realized my vehicle was not in the valet, and someone had to go find it. I didn't check out until 12:00pm, I didn't not reach out to them to get my car earlier in the day. All this to say, my partner and I did not have a good stay while were there. I was so ready to get out of there and get back home. glad it was only one night!
Didn’t want to be there any longer…

Stay was just below okay. Employees and lobby were great. Location is of course good but has more motel vibes even though big complex. The room is in serious need of renovation. Not the cleanest either. Couldn’t even enjoy our anniversary on the walk out deck that we paid more for to upgrade because there were holes in the ground (dangerous) and carpeted swamped with water damage. Our view - weeds overgrown on deck and receiving convention parking lot. Even the chairs were ripped sadly to use and staining on ceilings and walls. Banging most mornings for some odd reason. Would not stay here again.
Magical New Year's Eve and Business Convenience: A Outstanding Stay at Our Ideal Hotel
Francesca R on Mar 10, 2024
I highly recommend staying at this hotel for a memorable experience. Our room was the perfect suite for the New Year's Eve. We had an amazing view of Disneyland and the fireworks. The combination of a perfect suite along with the accommodating staff made our New Year's Eve exceptional. The convenience of the special Starbucks line for Gold Members and the nicely decorated hotel décor added to the overall enjoyment. The short walks to the Parks further solidifies this hotel as an excellent choice for a magical stay. In addition, the hotel proves to be an excellent choice for business travelers, given its proximity to the convention center. The convenient location allows for easy access to events, making it a practical and comfortable option for both leisure and business purposes.
Great service and Disney location, but rooms were a bit dated.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel when we visited Disneyland. The staff were very helpful and responsive. We were able to walk to Disney in about 15 mins. It's about 3/4 of a mile from the hotel. We did get an Uber back to the hotel and it was only $11 as the park was closing. For just the two of us, this was a better option than the ART busses. Our room was mostly clean, although the carpeting and furniture appeared to be at least 8 to 10 years old and did have a few weird random stains. The bed was comfortable and quite supportive. The bath/shower was also a bit old but had a newer shower head and good water pressure. The vanity was really small and had almost no place to put our toiletries. There was a mini-fridge in the room, but it didn't work. The safe in the closet was great to keep our valuables in while we visited Disney. They had housekeeping come in every night, which was nice and something we weren't used to. We had breakfast at the Mix restaurant and the food was good, although a bit pricey. If you are on a budget, there are other places not far away that you could go. Final note, we booked our trip through Disney vacations. While this gave us an $8 per night discount on parking at the hotel, we didn't get any Hilton points since you don't get them unless you book directly with Hilton. Overall, we would recommend to stay here, but just be aware that the rooms probably won't be as nice as they look on the website.
Do not stay here

Do not recommend this hotel; do not stay here. Absolutely no customer service. I spent an hour making a six-day booking for work. I was put into a king-sized room when I needed two queen beds. They were going to charge me $50 a night for an extra cot. The initial staff member who did the booking suggested calling back to make a change to my reservation when a double room would become available. I called over ten times to try and get someone to make changes to my reservation. No one would help me. They would say there was a double queen available, then they would either transfer my call or tell me to call back. They obviously do not need customers. I wasted so much of my personal time trying to get this sorted out via phone and email and in the end received no service.
