    We have previously been to Disney world on a number of occasions ,staying in moderate and luxury hotels so i was little nervous about staying in a value resort but I needn’t have worried , the All Stars Music is great ! All areas of the resort and the room are clean. The room meet are needs and the beds were nice and comfy after a long day at the parks . All the staff are friendly and there has always been plenty of buses running between parks , with no long waits coming back either . The only thing I could suggest was maybe having a wider variety of food at the food court , but most of the time we eat out as we were on a dinning plan . I Would definitely recommend this hotel and would not think twice about coming back !

    We had our first ever Disney trip as a family. Our room was ready before 4pm, we checked in and was amazed with how cute the decors were. We really liked the queen size murphy bed. We also received daily cleaning service and everything was spotless!

    Great surprise night.

    As a surprise for my husband for his birthday, we went to Florida for our long weekend. We stayed a couple days at Universal but as my addiction is Disney, we decided a night at a Disney resort with park ticket and MNSSHP night. Resort: We were very surprised at how much we enjoyed this resort. Yes the rooms are dated but are now being renovated. (as for renovation noise, barely heard any and absolutely had NO effect on our sleeping or enjoyment of the resort, it states that renos are being done so I think those that complain about this are just looking for free handouts) The bed was comfy and the room was kept well cleaned. The pool was enjoyable to lounge at for a couple of hours, water temp was nice and comfortable and the activities for kids looked like fun(we really enjoyed watching.) grounds were well maintained in most aspects but seemed like a little less detail to cleaning up then other resorts, Food court was never really busy like the other resorts, But sadly selection is not as much as the other resorts. The bar staff at the pool bar were very nice and worked as quick as they could. Transportation is the only thing we had trouble with. We were very happy to find out that they have their own buses as we were told they share with the other three All Star resorts ( after dealing with POR we NEVER want to have such a bus system again) There was never a long line at the bus stops, are only issue was the day we were leaving went to catch the bus at Hollywood Studios, the bus had just left when we were walking towards the stop, no big deal, however we ended up waiting over 30 minutes for another bus, during that time the bus for movies had come twice and the bus for sports which had left had another bus show up and when we were getting on our bus another bus for sports had shown up. So that was frustrating. Otherwise we really enjoyed this resort and will probably stay again.

    All Star Music...IS NO ALL STAR in my Book

    Well where to begin...Good stuff up front, check in was easy, folks were friendly and attentive. Food not great, actually that's being generous, its was YUK!! Pizza cold, burgers cold, fries luke warm, ordered a pizza and salad combo...salad was not in the bag, so I returned via a 12 minute walk back to the food court, to retrieve the salad...thus making dinner a 2 1/2 hour ordeal. Had the delivery fees been more reasonable we would have done that however the delivery fees for the food were OUTRAGEOUS even for Disney. A 30% of the check delivery surcharge and an additional fee of somewhere around $7, making the $29.99 pizza salad combo $45.99 after delivery...a bit steep for us. Let's move to the room, in sad need of renovation, which is being undertaken and that is great. It was clean...WE THOUGHT!!! Being exhausted on night 1 we crashed barely looking at the beds. On night 2 exhausted as well crashed. Day 3 we return to take a nap around noon, pull the sheets back and low and behold huge blood stains on the sheets all the way through to the mattress pad!!!!!! Now 1st things 1st, we were not injured in any way, we had no open cuts, sores, bites, etc. on us anywhere. The stains were fresh and indicated that the bed had not been changed before we arrived. We called the front desk, they sent the housekeeping supervisor up right away. When she arrived she immediately began to apologize, which again is fine. Her and her crew changed out the sheets in the entire room, and asked us how they could make this better. We stated that they could offer us a refund on the 2 nights we had to sleep on the disgusting sheets, would be a start. Well of course...the 2 nights were not refunded, we had to return to front desk the next evening to get the proper refund, for our trouble they gave us some extra "fast passes" which was of course a huge hassle trying to use them on a crowded holiday weekend. The room itself was clean enough but a little cramped for 4 people trying to use the facilities, but it is a "value" resort. Checking out was a long process as well, however the staff made it ok. I would suggest waiting till the reno is complete and then double check your beds EVERYDAY.

    The hotel is basic but clean. Pools great. Food court adequate. Lifts not working for a couple of days and construction work taking place which is not too intrusive. Refurbishing all blocks/rooms so it will be a lot better when finished. Staff were really helpful as we ha a problem with our meal plan not working. Also very quick to sort out transport to airport when arranged transfer did not materialise.
