Stayed at the Omni at Championsgate recently and had the most amazing stay. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I truly felt like royalty. Celebrated 3 birthdays and an anniversary and had cake, wine and chocolate strawberries delivered to the room. The cake was so good we devoured it in entirety. Kathy Toledo and Collin Calaway made it magical. Room was spacious and spotless! So comfortable. Was so quiet and relaxing would stay again and again! Taylor Z at the front desk was so friendly. Chelsea assisted my husband with the perfect spa experience for me. Svonne at the spa gave the best massage I've ever had and I've been to some great spa. The front desk was so helpful at the spa and the sweetest woman walked around the spa refilling drinks and providing warm towels. Im so upset I cant recall her name! It was such a elegant yet welcoming environment. Everyone utilizing the spa was raving about how much they enjoyed it. I got a cabana by the pool and felt like a queen. The hummus and pita was out of this world and the homemade cookies were delicious! Chris the recreational director was phenominal. The cabana was such a nice addition to my trip, I highly recommend! I took a whirl around the lazy river as the sun was setting which was a nice addition to a relaxing day.

We had a lovely couple of days staying at the resort for business and pleasure. My husband was attending a conference and I had the opportunity to simply enjoy the resort. The checkin process was very smooth and we appreciate the extra attention that Marivi paid to us. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and a delight. On the last day, we were able to extend our checkout by an hour to coincide with when the conference ended, allowing us time to get packed and out the door on our way. Over the course of the few days we were there, I enjoyed hanging out at the larger family-friendly pool. The for was "okay," your typical bar fare, but the service was fantastic and friendly. There's also an adults only pool if you prefer a quieter area. On the last day, I enjoyed an incredible massage at Mokara spa. I was hoping to take advantage of it earlier in my stay, but they were very busy. However, they allowed me to enjoy the spa areas the day before my massage so it was really a treat to be able to do that. It was honestly one of the best massages I have ever had. Ever. I would go back if I was in town again. It was pricey, but worth every penny. There's a sandwich/gelato shop on the lower level that's open late - maybe all night. Their gelato is fantastic and they have a variety of healthy snacks as well. No matter what time of night, there is always a place to find something to eat on property. We enjoyed a cocktail at the outdoor bar one evening (not the pool area, but just outside the Italian restaurant). The bartenders were very friendly and the wine selection was good. Only bummer was drinking out of a plastic glass. But the atmosphere was terrific and very lively. A couple of opportunities for improvement: 1) The conference areas were absolutely freezing. My husband had a sport coat and was so glad he wore it. I'm not sure it was necessary to keep it that cold in late February. 2) The workout room was really, really bad. I've seen better workout spaces in apartment complexes. For a hotel of this caliber, I would have expected a much nicer workout facility that was at least twice the size. The one good thing was that they had a couple of Peleton bikes, so I enjoyed having access to the classes for free. But demand for those bike was high during peak times.

We had an amazing experience! The lazy river was lovely, and the adult pool was extremely peaceful. Room was clean and updated, staff and personnel were professional and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We will be back!

Our family had planned a trip for months to Arizona for spring training baseball. When the Coronavirus worsened, we decided against flying and rescheduled the trip to Florida. Of course all baseball was canceled, but we went to Florida anyhow. The Omni there is great - fabulous pools, including a lazy river and wave pool. We stayed in the Sunset Lodge, which is separate from the main hotel. We stayed in a small suite which was a perfect size for our family. The lodge has its own pool which is wonderfully quiet - the free cabanas were great. It is a short walk to the main pools. The hotel is well-located - about 15 minutes to Disney. There are restaurants, a Publix, and drugstores nearby. Finally, the staff worked with us to shorten our reservation by a day, which we appreciated.

Super, super pricey for what, a variety of swimming options?

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too pricey to ever have me stay there again. While it is an upscale establishment, you nickel-and-dime your guests to death. Paying over $25.00/day for parking-really? And, paying $10.00/person/day for resort fees? The only thing that your resort has to offer its guests that the Motel 6 we left you for (after the 1st night to save us $500.00) was a vast array of swimming options. One of our team member's mother was charged $89.00 for ordering room service for breakfast, a meal which consisted of a croissant, a bagel, oatmeal and a tiny bowl of berries! What? $89.00 (gratuity included) without being asked? You should be ashamed of yourselves.
