    My daughter and I did a long weekend getaway for some sun and our stay here was great. The hotel is super clean and welcoming. The staff were all wonderful and friendly. The pool bar and limited food service had just started recently and it was nice to have it available. A special shout out for over and above customer service to Shauna (Security) and Juan and Elena (pool area). We would come back in a hearbeat!! If not for noise in the hallways at night that really carried, I would have rated this hotel a 5 instead of a 4.

    Very nice hotel. The whole place is very clean and smells really good. Huge pool and eye candy at the pool for my teenagers. I’m not sure if they are paid to be there but they were entertaining. Perfect location with beautiful mountains as the backdrop. You won’t be disappointed.

    Let me first start off by saying a few positives : the staff is very nice and helpful. Yes restaurants are closed and limited things are available but we’re in a pandemic so it’s understandable. And plus there are restaurants near by for pickup . Now on to a few problems 1- pluming backed up in our room 4280 2- while showering the water was pooling up by the drain and the water was orange. 3-I am a smoker so this pertains to the smokers (cigarettes) they have one smoking section with is off to the side which is 100% fine but we went when it was raining and they don’t have a cover over the top so the rain won’t hit you. Just a small thing but in a storm it was not present. I unfortunately was turned off by the pluming and the colored water. But other than that the room was clean , AC worked well and bathroom amenities are Aveda.

    This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. If you are booked to go I suggest you cancel. Although their website says they have an airport shuttle, they won’t pick you up. Every restaurant is closed. There is no housekeeping daily. You have to call if you want towels or soap. The carpets were filthy. The spa is closed. There is no valet, no luggage service, no in room dining, and even though the sign says there is pool side service, it’s also closed. I called the hotels around this one and they have restaurants open. The only notification you’ll get is when you arrive there’s an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper with very small font saying they will clean your room every four days. Restaurants are closed etc. I contacted Marriott Bon Voy headquarters and they said they’d get right back to me. It’s been three weeks. You don’t get a discount even though you might as well stay at a motel 6. Actually Motel 6 maybe cleaner. I paid over $400 for three nights and had to use GrubHub and Instacart in order to eat. I called ahead about the shuttle and they told me to call as soon as I arrived and they would pick me up. That was not true. The hotel is a mile and a half from the airport. Uber charges $28 to get there. They will pick up airline crew but not hotel guests.

    Beautiful hotel, exceptionally well maintained . The staff was fantastic from the moment I walked in the door. Their front desk was capable of recording local restaurants and called to make reservations for me. I strongly recommend this hotel.
