We have three small children and had the best vacation we’ve had in a long time. They were so helpful and accommodating. The staff was always smiling and helpful. The room was perfect and clean and spacious. It was heaven!

Avoid at all costs. All in all, a bad experience and one which I will not recommend. There didnt seem to be one aspect of my stay that the resort didn't try to make more difficult or charge me for. Became quite obvious I was seen as a credit card account to plunder, not a guest.

This is an older resort that has renovated its guest rooms and they look great. Very spacious rooms with a nice seating area and separate bedroom. Balconies are a plus. The resort fee is over the top but It does come with four wristbands for the water park. The hotel is very spread out- I do like the fact that the buildings all have their own pools in addition to the water park. The water park is great, not too crowded and there are plenty of tubes for everyone. Lots of nice shaded areas to lounge. The prices at the pool bar are out of control. You will pay almost 20 dollars for a burger and its another ten for the fries. Plan ahead and save some money. The bartenders are awesome though- they make the pain of the pricing a bit easier to take. Great service from every employee I came in contact with. Great for families, there is something for everyone - golf, spa and a waterpark. Did not eat in the restaurants but the water park bar burger was decent, just wish it came with fries for the prices they are charging. Ask to have the minibar cleaned out so you can use it for your own snacks. That way the kids can't sneak a ten dollar tiny bag of chips. Overall a great stay, I would stay again.

Excellent place to stay if you are going to be in Phoenix or surrounding area for any length of time. the atmosphere is so nice and there is so much to do on property that you need a few days just to spend there. Lovely place to eat, drink and feel safe. I would like to rate this an A+

I was excited for my stay at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa, but left feeling underwhelmed. The positives for me was the golf course and location of the resort. The golf course was fun to play, while the front nine was your typical U.S. golf course, the back 9 was in the desert. This made for a fun round of golf. The location of the resort made it easy to get other venues around the Phoenix area. The negatives for me were the responsiveness from hotel staff, food was adequate, and the long walks to get around the resort itself.
