My wife and I decided to stay in Garza Blanca to celebrate our honey moon. Upon arriving we were happily greeted and offered drinks. Angel our check in guest was super friendly and made us feel at home. We were surprised to have our rooms upgraded which made our stay so memorable. We then met our concierge Omar who was the best! He explained all the activities and helped us set everything up for us to have an amazing stay. Our room was beautiful with a private hot tub and room service provided exceptional service. The pools were very cleaned and our waiters made sure we had drinks and food constantly. Our favorite restaurant was Bocados! We loved the service and food! They made us feel like family and provided a beautiful happy honey moon dessert. We opted for the all inclusive option, which we highly recommend to enjoy all the delicious food and drinks. We also had an amazing experience at the Imagine Spa! Is a must try during your visit. You will not regret visiting them. They will make you feel so relaxed and comfortable. Also a huge shoutout to Grey line for arranging our rides from the airport! Garza Blanca provided everything we needed to enjoy our honey moon. Truly worth every penny on our opinion. The staff is amazing, friendly and will make you feel at home. Resort is very safe and Ubers or taxis are available for transportation. Muchas gracias Garza Blanca! Absolutely love this resort. Extremely good food, views and staff. The top pool is a more relaxed vibe with the bottom pool being more lively.

Garza Blanca is our piece of Paradise. We first went to Garza Blanca 9 years ago and instantly fell in love with it. Its location amid mountains cascading into the sea; lush flowers & trees; beautifully maintained grounds; beautiful pools; variety of restaurants on site & fantastic service levels from housekeeping to concierge service, to butler service, to wait staff sold us on this beautiful and unique resort. Since then, we have returned every year. We bought a membership because we love it that much. In particular, we want to acknowledge Jose, Roberto, Alejandro, Felipe and Zuno who are the amazing Butlers who take care of our every need!!! They are a vital part of what makes our experience at Garza Blanca wonderful!

Family vacation with grown adult children. Beautiful view from everywhere. Luxurious accommodations. We had the 3 bedroom panoramic suite… very comfortable for 5 (parents and 3 grown sons). Great personal service. Activities are very good. Our housekeeping Blanca was awesome. Ronnie was a very friendly and funny leader on the waterfall hike. Angel was excellent Kayak/ snorkeling guide. Roberto kept us with excellent food and drink on the beach. The spa was very relaxing. Food is plentiful and very good.

Very safe and Beautiful hotel, but outside of hotel you on your own in dangerous environment that you should be scared of thieves and corrupted police . Hotel is beautiful place to stay and if you love to drinking and eating get all inclusive but that’s about it . You are still in dangerous third world country with all corruptions and theft , no place for prolonged stay.
