We had a great time when we stayed here last February. We have been to quite a few all inclusive resorts throughout Mexico and this is the only one we are considering going back to a second time. When we arrived and found out that almost every closes down at 10pm on the resort we thought it would be a problem but we were so active through the day that we were ready for bed shortly after 10pm. The grounds were amazing and so clean. The staff was some of the best we have ever had. There is not a ton of variety for restaurants when looking at the list but we had no complaints at the end of the week. We went to the buffet every morning for breakfast which had a ton of options and was not exactly the same every morning. We ate lunch at the pool every day. Our favorite meals though were the theme nights. Every night is a different theme with some of them being hosted outside. The food was great at all of them and we were able to meet lots of other guests there throughout the week. Our son was 3 at the time and could not have had more fun. There were activities throughout the day for him and the staff always paid special attention to him. The pool connected to the kids shallow pool so it was easy for him to swim over there when he was tired of floating around in the deep end and us adults never actually had to get out of the pool to take back over to the kids side. We had the all inclusive package but did take the time to look at the prices at the restaurants which were incredible reasonable. I have heard some talk that this is going to turn into an timeshare only resort. If this is the case we would consider buying a timeshare because we love it there that much. We are hoping to return again soon but have been hesitant to book because they will not guarantee what view or even what floor we will be on. We want the first floor due to a medical condition our child has but so far no one has been able to confirm that this will happen which is unfortunate.

This is not a 5 star property. But it is a very clean, well maintained and wonderfully relaxing resort. This was our first time there. We were with 2 couples who are members on their 20th straight year at Paradise Village. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful beach. We did not get the all inclusive. Too many amazing restaurants within 10-20 minute cab ride. Very nice market within a 10 minute walk. Very well outfitted gym. Can’t wait to return in Jan 2021 and beyond.

This was our second year at Paradise Village and we had a super fun time again! Great beach and pools. Lots of fun activities during the day by the pool and entertaining shows in the evenings. The staff at Paradise Village really make this the place to go. We had excellent poolside service from Angel, friendly and prompt. He got to know our drink orders and preferences and even helped us with our Spanish! Our server at Tulum restaurant for dinners was Juan and gave us great service. Also, Jovanni was super helpful in the evenings.

First trip to mexico and this place was a hit. Very attentive and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and beach view was amazing. We loved spending the day by the pool or under a palapa having drinks and food sent to us. Concierge helped make reservations to Rythms of the Night too. We mostly ate at the snack bars, which we very much enjoyed. Aside from the Italian restaurant which was delicious, we felt the food at Tulum, theme nights and room service could have been better, especially room service. It definitely wont stop us from coming back though. The beach was excellent, the entertainment and shows were fun. We were guests of members and did not feel pressured to view the presentation either, which was a concern before arriving. Overall, it was a wonderful trip and we are already wanting to go back next year!

Just spent eight relaxing days in Paradise!! Great beach, yummy restaurants, amazing views from our 6th floor suite, and unobtrusive but attentive staff. All at a very reasonable cost. Absolutely recommend this place for a tropical getaway.
