This was our fourth Xcaret Mexico visit, and it will not be our last. On our second trip we stayed in Agua and fell in love with the tranquility, and we were served by an amazing and fun server by the name of Abraham at La Trajinera. On our third visit, again in Agua, on a stop at the Viento pool Abraham remembered us from the year before and our tequila preference. He embodies how amazing the hospitality at Xcaret Mexico is, and it did not end there. On our fourth and most recent visit, we encountered one inconvenience where they had given away our room. We did however upgrade to Fuego and learned what we had been missing out on. Fuego is its own resort, and you are treated with the utmost sense of royalty. The roof top pool with its view and bar service is outstanding. The food provided is ridiculously fresh and perfect for the sun-soaked pool deck. The breakfast at Restaurant Fuego became our favorite spot for morning food. Fuego truly was an experience; however, Abraham continued to be one of the best parts of our Xcaret Mexico experience. We found him once again at Viento Pool (remembering us!), and he provided us the most spectacular cocktails at Restaurant Fuego. Hotel Xcaret Mexico has amazing rooms, amenities, restaurants, parks, culture, and most importantly what we continue to talk about after our fourth visit is how they have Abraham. Thank you Hotel Xcaret Mexico, and we will see you for a fifth, sixth, and many more times to come. See you soon.

Worst’s service at the front desk, I just paid for an upgrade the room didn’t opens, it was the last room of the last building, noisy, dirty, after waiting for 4 hours to get the room ready, nothing happened….. not good. Meanwhile we tasted the food, good very good, but at the end the great service by the waitress, at the front desk not good.

I had an amazing time here. We tried to go to as many parks as possible and had a great time at each; xcaret, xenses, xplor fuego, xoxomilco, and xavage. All staff were very pleasant. Food at most restaurants were great. I stood at Casa Fuego, the rooftop was great, the restaurant was great, and our butler Ivan Melendez was very accommodating. He would always check in and make sure we had everything we needed. I’d definitely recommend staying here. 5 nights were not enough and can’t wait to go back.

My husband and I spent five amazing days here with our kids (ages 6 and 8). The property is gorgeous and the staff is lovely, especially Alejandro Barrera and Rebeca Arvizu. Alejandro and Rebeca answered our questions, gave us recommendations, and made sure we were happy during our stay. The property is large, but it never felt crowded because there are so many different spaces, restaurants, and pools to explore. The parks are really fun and unique, and made our experience extra special. We went with nine other families (18 adults and 17 kids), and it was a blast. It would be a great place to go with extended family, too.

The accommodations at Hotel Xcaret Mexico are luxurious yet inviting, with every detail carefully considered to ensure maximum comfort. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the plush bathrobes, premium toiletries, and complimentary minibar.
