First off, the resort grounds are beautiful, well-maintained and the location is stunning. While there is no “beach” we found the cabanas and beach-like area perfect. This is a great place to relax. Pros: - large rooms, firm mattresses - wonderful beach area and hammocks - beautiful resort location and grounds - bikes and areas to bike nearby - yoga offered Cons: - we must have had the holiday coverage staff. The food was just average until a couple days before we left - walls are thin. You can hear everything in the other rooms. We had to move rooms because the guest next to us was shouting on her phone until 330 am - there was an odd party crowd that ruined the ambiance. Smoking yelling and just not what we expected All in it was a good spot but could have been better.

    Have Realistic Expectations! ??

This is Tulum, it’s an area made famous by its rustic way of life. If you come to Kore expecting the amenities of a Ritz Carlton or even a Holiday Inn.. lol... then you’re in for a disappointment. Kore is unusual because it’s 1 of very few ALL Inclusive resorts. As an ALL inclusive resort you should hold them to that scale of measurement. The good: Very good food for a ALL inclusive. It’s only my first day and I have seen things like Seabass Filet, T-Bone Streak, Rack of Ribs, large shrimp cocktail, Lamb, and incredible salad bar. Very Large Room Nice pool 24hr room service The Ugly: Weak drinks Luke warm water throughout the resort Poor water pressure No Beach, but nice shoreline walks $18/day internet service lol $100 if you lose your bracelet Close to all the beach resort events, PPP, Azulik, Habitas, etc etc No nightlife at Kore... understandable cuz it’s a “retreat.” All in all... I would stay here again for the high quality food for a ALL inclusive resort.

The service was terrible; hotel staff was incredibly rude and borderline aggressive with myself and my family. The shower had three drops of cold water on any given morning and they charged about 18$ per day for internet access in my room! ... I didn't realize we were back in 2002 all of a sudden. Overall very bad and overpriced experience. Do yourself a favor an go anywhere else. The only good thing i have to say about it is this place is well located.

Loved staying here. Loved everything. The people were so friendly and the resort and the whole area was beautiful. Hope to return as a resident not a tourist. ?? I would stayed here again. I plan to return in the near future. The management was awesome and so were the employees and the entertainment was awesome.

beautiful property. helpful staff. near great park, ruins and public beach area. at top of hotel zone, so quiet....not in middle of all that. not good for vegetarians or beach lovers, as there is no beach
