Playacar Palace is a really clean and well-maintained resort with the nicest staff! They give amazing service and treat you like you're part of their family. Whether you're at the front desk, in your room, by the pool, or at the bars and restaurants, everyone is super focused on making sure you have a great time.

Playa Car Palace is our favourite resort, our home away from home. The staff is the best ever, very friendly and efficient. Would like to give a shout out and special thanks to; Carmen in the Lobby, Nacho aka Ignacio, Marvin, Sylvia, Perla and Renaldo at the pool, Elvia, Israel, Setero, Selena and Yesenia at Cafe Del Mar, Dulce, Ivan, Miguel, Luis at Trattoria along with their manager, Antonio, Miguel at Momos, Joel and Leticia in the lobby bar and Food and Beverage Manager, Daniel. Also a special thanks to the lifeguard for taking care of my husband's cut, broken toe, which he stubbed while moving a pool chair around. Lastly, thanks to driver Leonardo for the great conversation on the way back to the airport.

This was my 4th time at playacar palace. Service was awesome. Eder, Aaron and Marvin took care of everything. Daniella was great at pool Service for cocktails. Charlie in the sales office is kind and considerate. The staff did everything they could to take care of everyone, since it was Easter holiday and very busy.

These are the real VIPs of Playacar Palace Resorts - the hard working staff that show up each day with a smile on their faces and a warm heart filled with gratitude! I’ve stayed at many all inclusive resorts and this experience by far felt like I was staying at a small boutique resort. The service was excellent. The pool staff had the time and courtesy to constantly check up on you or see if you needed anything. Daniela was amazing and even had her own drink called the Daniela special that everyone loved. I appreciated the size of this resort. It’s perfect for older travelers because it doesn’t require excessive walking everywhere. I would definitely stay here again. I’ve stayed at 2 other Palace Resorts and I love the service there but I absolutely loved the feeling at this particular resort. The beach and pool area was very nice as well. Restaurants were great. The app was easy to use for reservations. Room was clean. Excellent stay.
